4 bed, 2.5 bath fully furnished quiet town home on the Mesa/Tempe border. 10 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport. Lots of green space as shown in photos to the side of the townhome, great for a stroll or kids to run around.

Within 15 miles of all major attractions including Tempe Downtown (Mill Avenue), Tempe Lake & Arts, Tempe Marketplace Mall, ASU Tempe Campus, Mesa Riverview Mall and Park, Mesa Downtown, Mesa Arts Center, Museums, Old Town Scottsdale, Chandler and Phoenix Downtown, Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, Japanese Friendship Garden, and more.

30 miles to State Farm Stadium. Malls and Plenty of golf courses nearby. Mesa Community College, Banner Desert Medical Center both walking distance from property. Chandler shopping mall, is 29 mins away.

This home is ideal for Families, Groups, and even Traveling/IT/Health and Other professionals.

Please note (addressing some of the reviews present): This community of townhomes has the same smaller size water heater. The water heater installed in the home is new. We recommend waiting 15-20 minutes between showers to ensure the best experience.

Would not recommend

The property needs work. According to the property owner the plumbing pipes are small. This causes toilet to either overflow or have to be flushed multiple times for poop to go down. The sliding glass door in the back locks but can be slightly opened which can allow it to be unlocked from the outside. The light switch in the first floor bathroom has duct tape covering a hole in the wall. There’s a bucket underneath the sink pipe. There was hair in some of the kitchen drawers. When I informed the owner of the issues we had initially she was very accommodating and got them fixed. When we had a second plumbing issue that cause a leak from the second floor to the first floor she became very defensive and accusatory.On a positive note the bedrooms were clean. The property is located in a location that is surrounded by lot of places to eat and things to do. Overall if the place underwent maintenance or needed renovations it would be a very nice place to stay.

Centrally located

This is a nice property. Clean, sleeps 6 but very tight, very close to a lot of things, seating is set up for 4 or 5 not 6. Host was very responsive & accommodating.

Weekend in Mesa

We were down for a wedding and it was located close to family and venue for which we loved. We were also close to a couple of stores that made it easy to pick up things we forgot.

Place was located perfect for us. Had issues with hot water. Only 1 shower was warm.

Advised the owner of the water issue and was told it was getting looked into, I will go back, but only if the 4 bedroom 3bath has an accurately sized water heater

Great Communication with Host

Although this property is dated and the furniture is very basic, it accommodated our family just fine when we visited Arizona for a wedding. There is very little hot water. We would get 3-5 minutes for a shower and then have to wait a couple of hours to have enough for another person to shower. The main bathroom didn't have hot water at all. Both shower heads sprayed water all over when we arrived but a plumber was sent and promptly replaced them. We communicated with the host who was very apologetic about the water situation and actually gave us one night's refund to make up for the inconvenience. I have never stayed at a VRBO where the host was so attentive and had such great communication. It really made our stay pleasant despite the water issue. The photos do not do the grounds justice. The condo is located in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous green space where we were able to take our toddler granddaughter out to play. I would recommend this property.
