Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

Wonderful home!

This home was a great place to stay and a short drive to the beach. The host is great and even took the time to mail us an item left behind. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well located stay. The host communicates very well and has the property stocked with everything needed as if you’re staying in your own home. Highly recommended!

Beach/Golf and wine!!!

It was a perfect getaway. The place was perfect for us and the special package gifted by the hosts was a nice surprise. In a perfect spot to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful and beautiful in the evening. Definitely would stay here again and again!!!

Our favorite place!

This was the best place we have stayed at through VRBO. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area for just a relaxing weekend getaway. We definitely will be staying here again.

It is beautiful inside and out will stay here again next year if possible for 2 weeks. Great location and host.

Very comfortable vacation!

This was perfect for a couple. The screened porch on the East side was great for late in the afternoon & evening. We could not have asked for a better equips kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with& provided a delightful stay.

Beautiful Condo

This was one of the nicest condos I have stayed at using VRBO. It was very clean and well appointed. The location is great. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

House Hunting

We needed a local place to stay while my wife and me were looking for a home to purchase. This condo was perfect for us! Large bedroom and fully loaded kitchen and front room - all was so well maintained. Eric was excellent and communicated so well with us. Highly recommend this place!
