We absolutely adore this place! Everything is so beautiful, and we’re a big fan of the Beach theme. We’re definitely planning to visit again.

The property was nice with a beautiful view of the golf course. However, the person above us was having a glass windows installed in there patio and construction started every day at 7:30Am. The ladder was put up right in front of our screen porch. Our host may not have not known that was happening but it went on the whole week. A very convenient location

My family loved our visit this year. We have been staying for years at Sunset and this year was our first time at this place. Our host was wonderful. Always answering my questions, which were very few since she had answered everything we needed to know before we arrived. Also, a shout out to our cleaning lady, Autumn. She stopped by on our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was clean and well stocked!Thank you so much! Hope to see you next summer. Sarah

This condo was a joy to stay in. It was clean and freshly appointed. The towels were spa quality! The host was very communicative before and throughout the stay. It is very convenient to town and to other places we like to visit such as restaurants, the beach and shopping. The kitchen has great cooking equipment and appliances. We plan to return next year!!

Great condo in Sea Trail

We have stayed in several different condos in Sea Trail and this one is near the top of the list. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this unit.

Great beach getaway!

Clean, comfortable, condo, nicely decorated with a beachy feeling. LuAnn was great to work with when we made a last minute reservation! This was our 2nd time staying in this condo, and we will definitely be back.

Great Stay Again!

Diff owners same great condo! This is our 3rd time staying at this condo and We enjoyed our stay as we always do, the condo is so comfortable and relaxing after a long day at the beach or sight seeing. We will def stay again!

Winter Getaway

We loved the unit, the view out of the porch and proximity to the clubhouse restaurants. Short drive to the beach a big plus. Loved riding our bicycles to do our shopping for necessities. Pups loved to spend time out in the porch.

Great location

When we thought about going to Sunset Beach for Thanksgiving, we didn’t know what our kids sports schedules would be so it was nice to be able to pick the days and even extend the stay by a day. Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

Memorial day

Even though it rained the whole weekend we really enjoyed our time together and the rental was extremely clean, and the owner answered any questions we had prior to our check in, will certainly book this again

Comfy beds, nice screened in porch that the pup loved, well stocked kitchen which we love as we cook in frequently. Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Would love to stay there again!! 😊. Thank you Alyssa and Dan.

Great Family Getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice pool right across from the condo. Nearby stores, great restaurants and can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Property manager responds quickly and great communication overall. I can not explain in words how pleased we were with this property. We will definitely stay here again :)
