Great family getaway

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The yard area, fire pit, and view over the lake were all perks. Proximity to state park activities was great, too. We would love to stay there again!

Fantastic cabin

Everything as described. Clean, cozy, and near the water. Close enough to town to be convenient for extras. Owner texted back immediately on issues. Grill worked, but could use some work. Had to buy batteries for the remote, but who cares about tv when you’re on the lake! Calm and quiet, and the boat rental, while expensive, was easy if you know the lake as we did.

Lake Cottage

The property was very clean and had nice renovations. The location was good-just steps from the water and boat docks, making it convenient for water activities. I was told that there was enough space for parking a truck and boat trailer but this wasn’t the case, unless you blocked the drive and parked the trailer in the grass. Additionally, it was challenging pulling a boat and/or trailer into the parking space. The cottage was well maintained but the mattress was very uncomfortable as was the couch. The listing says it sleeps 5, the cottage size was adequate for 2 people but any more would be overcrowded. We would stay here again despite the mentioned issues. The town of Ludington was very nice and had lots to do.

The property was okay, for the price. It was clean and updated. The bed really needs to be replaced. We rolled into the middle of the mattress because it was so worn out in the middle. The sofa was in the same shape. We also could not get the tv internet to work. When we tried to watch our Netflix account the movies would not play. The internet indicator just kept spinning. The Orbi router was red which indicated that it could not sync. We did contact the host about it and were told sorry about that. The description also says that there are beautiful sunsets. We could not see the sun from the cottage.Thank you.Mike and Kristi

Great Cottage

The cottage was great. The only thing not 5 star about this property is the mattress. The mattress really needs to be updated - it would keep us from coming back. The place is completely updated - and it was done well. Everything works - top notch. Comfortable couch, and great kitchen. Extremely clean.

Great stay

Wonderful location. So peaceful and very clean. Particularly enjoyed the fire pit at night and coffee in the morning on the porch. Highly recommend and I will be back!

A getaway adventure

The property manager was amazing, she helped us every step of the way and was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. The property location was very nice. The cottages could have been been a tad cleaner. The floors weren't swept very well and the sheet and towels had an musty odor. Besides that, the most important part of any stay is comfortable beds, which every mattress in this place was worn out and broke down, from the bed in the bedroom to the pull out couches. We had to purchase air mattresses, because they were that bad. The potoon boat was a nice added touch, we did have a break down with it the second day but they came and serviced it immediately. I think the overall stay of this property was nice.
