Cozy and clean, close to the Gulf! One block to center of Olde Historic Dearborn St. & Englewood Framers market. Walking distance to Indian Mound Park & boat ramps, Fishing Piers, Veterans Park & Royal Palm Marina. Short drive to Englewood Beach, 8 min(3.7 miles).

Separate entrance & free parking. This is a one-bedroom apartment with a comfortable queen-size bed. There is a bathroom with shower. There is a kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍

Englewood Stay

The unit my husband and I stayed in was very adequate, very clean and very well stocked. We also enjoyed the fact that we were one block off of the shops and restaurants on Dearborn Street in old Englewood.

Pleasant stay

Had never been to Englewood. Nice little area with lots of music as we walked around the Main Street. The location of the cottage was perfect to park your car and walk to shops and restaurants. Tom, the host couldn’t have been nicer. Greeting us when we arrived and assured us he would be there to answer any off our questions. Hope to return.

We rented this property sight unseen, but for the pictures on VRBO. We were absolutely delighted with everything. Spotlessly clean, beyond convenient for restaurants, parks, quiet walks. The hosts, Tom and Ling, were gracious, friendly and very non intrusive. My wife and I are certainly coming back. If we could give a 6 star rating we would.

Fishing trip get away!

Stayed here 2 years in a row for our annual fishing trip in Boca Grand, by far my favorite place in the area minutes from great restaurants and scenic views! Great hosts, everything you need for a great get away! Highly recommend!

Quick Florida weekend

The property was spotless and comfortable for the 2 of us over a long getaway weekend in Florida. It is conveniently located to the downtown of old Englewood which is nice for walking and pleasant places to have a meal or beverage. We enjoyed our stay.

Retreat.

Owners were extremely friendly.The accommodations we're Very clean perfect location. You could eat dinner outside and listen to. The local club ban plan. It was just a walk away from all the downtown downtown activities without having to be directly in the mix of things. Close close to boat dogs, fishing pears and beaches. And fine dining overall overall. The perfect locato stay Inglewood. I couldn't ask for a nicer accommodation. I highly recommend this cottage for rental.

Old Town Englewood

Lots of activities with-in walking distance during season. (Live music, car show, Farmers' market, food trucks.) Walking distance to several bars/eateries' shops and coffee shops. Cottage was well organized and appointed. Highly recommend for a couple needing relaxation with a splash of Florida history and low-key tourism. Great beaches and commercial shopping 10 min away.

Wonderful weekend

My husband and I spent a long weekend enjoying Englewood, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect! Probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at, and everything we could have possibly needed was there. It is in the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and the water. We couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

Perfect location

Super clean, updated apartment close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment and just a short drive from Manasota Key. Perfect for an old couple like us.

Adorable “old Florida” feeling accommodations. Well appointed and super clean. We were only there one night but enjoyed meeting the host. These owners pay attention to the details which was nice.

Boca fishing trip getaway

Awesome location in downtown Englewood for easy eating and drinking during your stay! Tom was super cool with the whole experience. We stayed for two nights and got a good nights sleep both nights. The second night the neighbor got a little rowdy with music but it was nice to open the door and have a drink or two with some good background music during the night hours. Super clean, super accessible for all house hood needs. Even gave us a shark tooth sea shell Englewood beach sand souvenir glass to take home. Overall if you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway minutes from great restaurants and great sunset views this is the place! The pizza place across the street was very good and the waterfront restaurant down the road called snooks was a great choice!
