This condo is located on the 1st floor (not ground floor) and conveniently located close to all the wonderful things to see and do in the area! No long walks to the beach; you are on it. Carolina Reef 107 has a king bed in the oceanfront bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom and again both have Samsung Smart TVs. The two bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This is a Smoke Free Unit and owners pride themselves on cleanliness of unit. There is a "pay per use" laundry facility located on site for your convenience. Carolina Reef has on-site parking, an elevator, and an oceanfront outdoor pool and grilling area. This property does not allow pets. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the parking lot across the street only. Families only. No students or student groups.
