Within eyesight from the balcony is the Mercedes Benz Stadium, CNN building, Apparel Mart, Hard Rock Cafe, Georgia Chamber, Georgia Pacific Building, Famous 191 Peachtree Twin Towers, sweeping views down Peachtree Street.

This Penthouse is a quiet, cozy and jazzy sanctuary in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. It is designed comfortably for 2 people but can sleep 4. There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

Had a great stay in this penthouse unit. Great balcony view looking directly down Peachtree Street NE. Real bonus to have a free personal parking space right next to the back door of the building making it super convenient to venture out by car. But also a great location to walk to downtown and mid-town shopping and eating establishments. We could not have picked a better location for a weeklong visit. And the communication with the host was exceptional.

Excellent place! Clean, easy to check in, dedicated parking, exceptional restaurants VERY close, amazing view, friendly and responsive host, and a very comfy condo! Very walkable to the convention center and sports venues. Lots to do in the area. Will stay again!! Five stars isnt enough!

The room was outstanding. Me and my wife enjoyed our time in the city. A lot of places are in walking distance and the view at night and sunrise is beautiful.

Definitely worth the stay. It is in a wonderful location as you are in walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a nice view from the 24th floor. The property manager Desiree was fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during the visit. Would stay there again if ever in Atlanta.

Condo is as advertised. Great location for downtown Atlanta attractions such as Aquarium, Coke Museum, Mercedes Benz Stadium etc. Free parking is an excellent perk. Host is fantastic with communication. Will definitely book again next trip to Atlanta!

Very nice & clean condo with awesome views

After locating the parking lot, this condo is very clean and the views are amazing. The host is very responsive and accommodating. It’s close to many of the attractions. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.
