Cozy Southern Retreat in the heart of Atlanta. Very clean, completely remodeled single family home to yourself! You will feel at home in this 2 bedrooms and one bathroom home fully stocked for whatever your needs are. Plenty of linens, blankets, cookware, glassware, etc. Sleeps 4, but the couch does fold out for anyone extra. Driveway fits two or three cars. 2 smart TV's. Whether a business trip or leisure, you are sure to have everything you need to be comfortable in this Southern styled home. Close to everything. You can UBER to everything but this is most suited for those travelers that have a vehicle. Although Marta (bus) does come through the neighborhood (steps away) to take you where you need to go.

Georgia Aquarium trip

This was the perfect spot for our trip to the Georgia Aquarium! Downtown was easily accessible from the house. The house was clean and the heater kept it nice and warm on a chilly weekend. The kitchen is spacious and has many of the things a family will need. Comfy beds, including the pull-out couch. Highly recommend:)

The property is cute and cozy and just the right size for what we needed. I traveled with my 17 year old daughter to attend a funeral.

Cozy Cottage!!

Robbie was very simple to work with, we were able to even get in a bit early with no concerns, just shot a quick text to Robbie with an immediate response! The house was adorable and immaculate!! Had everything we needed to cook, do laundry and have an easy stay with kiddos! The only thing we wish was different was the neighborhood but it was quiet and the house is fenced in. We felt completely safe!

Very cozy & clean! Very peaceful and quiet. I got to meet the neighbor and she was so nice! I would stay there again. Beds were comfortable.

Would stay again

PROS: Comfy beds Secured/Private/Fenced Yard Beautifully decorated (Warm & Inviting!) Hot shower! Washer and Dryer worked well and quickly (detergent provided) Clean tub and shower Home security system Easy check-in CONS: Yard had small shards of broken glass (had be be careful while our children walked around outside to play) Yard could use some work in general Windows were very dirty inside and out Area rugs in living room and hallway had seen better days and could use a good scrubbing or replacements (same for the patio cushions) Wasn’t the best neighborhood (close to some sketchy areas) but as long as we stayed at the house we felt safe Was perfect for what we needed to evacuate Florida hurricane. Overall, we would come back again if we were in the Atlanta area!

Great value!

The property was in immaculate condition inside and outside. The entire property really is as described and as presented in the pictures. The neighborhood is a different story, but the host has accommodated accordingly with exterior cameras, a privacy fence, window blinds/shades that prevent any outside view, and an alarm system with a panic button. As you tour the property it becomes evident that someone went the extra mile to accommodate.

Very close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Atlanta

Overall, a great experience. Most of our attention was to are new born granddaughter. It is very quaint and charming home. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Very reasonably priced.

It was really cute. Robbie was available and answered my questions. I couldn’t get the AC to work but that could’ve been me. There was also a fan so, I was good.

Great home away from home

We were on the move from time we got to ATL from time we left, but each night we returned to the house for comfort and sweet rest.We really appreciated the privacy fence for the safety of our car. Thank you Ms Robbie for your quick responses during our stay. The Kelleyz-DE

Atlanta Stay

This was a very nice place to stay for me and my family. It had everything we need and was tucked inside of a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was also very nice and informative. I would definitely choose this location again.

Short Stay

Stayed at property to visit Georgia Aquarium which is only a few miles from this property less than 15 mins. First let me start by stating the property itself is clean and communication with the owner was great! We had 4 people in our party: two adults and two children. I overlooked the fact the property only had one bathroom. However, this was my oversight. Checkout and check in were seamless. However, I would not recommend walking around this neighborhood, day or night, it simply does not feel safe. Other than the surroundings this was a great place for a short stay!

Very nice home

The beds were very nice. The house has been updated and is very comfortable. The manager is very helpful. It would be helpful to have a rental car when staying here.

Nice Place Near World Congress Center

Nice place, recently remodeled and clean. Neighborhood was decent but lots of peeling out going on nearby but that has nothing to do with the home. That only happened the second night. We enjoyed it for our family of 3.
