Absolutely wonderful experience on the lake. Clean, pet friendly, Family friendly and the host was super accessible and helpful.

It was great! Good location, the owner checked in briefly at the start to give useful TV remote instructions and provide drinking water. Perfect for a chill lake house bach party with hanging out and board games

Lovely stay for a large group of people

We enjoyed the house, the lake was beautiful. The kitchen was awesome which allowed us to cook lovely family meals. Mark was extremely responsive.

Extended family vacation

We had a great family vacation at Mark's house. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. The location and the views were out of this world.

A great spot!!

It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We were very happy with the space for 9 adults. We recommend this home. The owner Mark was very responsive.

Great House!

This was an awesome house to share with friends on new years. Tons of space that includes a great open kitchen area. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away on the Cape!

Amazing spot for large groups

Our group of 9 (ages 6 to 70) had a great time. Mark was quick to respond to questions. The house has loads of space, the perfect lake access, and everything you need for a great vacation. We even got a great view of the fireworks show over the water for the 4th of July! We would 100% stay again.

Awesome and relaxing vacation

3 generations of family on vacation, and all had an amazing time. Home was close to everything one may want to do - from exploring all the towns on the cape, to water activities like kayaking and SUP’ing, to fishing, dining, shopping, or just relaxing by the lake and taking in the sights and sounds. And to make it all come together, Mark was a great host, great communicator, and a pleasure to talk to about local area. Look forward to our future stays.

Bachelors Party

Great house for 14 guests to sleep comfortably and Room to store vehicles off the road. Deck was a plus. Beautiful home, just in need of a little LTC, mostly stove, dish washer and lower bath.

Loved the lake and dock.

The house was spacious and had a good layout. We had everything we needed. We grilled out and enjoyed the huge deck with a great view. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and the dock was convenient. The lake is shallow at the dock. One night we had a fire. Great location near Barnstable and Hyannis. Beautiful sunsets.

A Great Holiday Stay

We were seven adults staying at this house for the Thanksgiving holiday. It's very spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed to prepare and serve a big holiday meal. We loved sitting around the fireplace in the living room, having breakfast at the counter bar and, of course, enjoying the unobstructed views of the lake. Though the house is close to main roads, its location feels really remote. It's quiet, and the road out front was great for taking a long, post-meal walk along the lake. The private dock is awesome and I can only imagine how much fun it would be during the warm weather when you can go swimming and boating right from the dock. The host was really nice and accessible if we needed him, which we didn't. We would recommend this lake house!

Great Vacation Rental/Home

Mark, first thank you for allowing my family to stay at your rental home. The house was perfect, plenty of space for the twelve of us plus 2 additional guests that stayed two nights. The kitchen is gorgeous and spacious when we prepared meals at the house. Overall, we were all pleased with the house and property. We have all started a conversation about returning next year. What caught my attention was the amount of laughter from all the kids & grandkids. If they weren’t swimming, they were kayaking. The grandkids had an absolute great time fishing off the dock. Smiles and memories were created!! We will be in touch in the near future to discuss a return visit.

Absolutely perfect

Could not have asked for a better property to stay with my 14 college friends who were having a reunion of sorts. Plenty of space, an amazing lake, privacy and comfort...nothing could have suited us better. Mark, the owner, was tremendous in helping me coordinate and giving us info about the area and space to relax. All i'm thinking about is when I can get to this house again. It was sort of the ideal vacation spot -- close to everything in Centerville and Hyannis but also separated enough to feel like you have your own space. Oh and enjoyed the gym, multiple decks, private dock, and front lawn for tossing the baseball around. I couldn't recommend this property more for a group looking to get together and have some summer vacation time. You definitely won't regret it. Just don't take it on dates when I want to return!!

Great house, buggy at night

Great big house for a large group! There were more than enough bed spaces to suit us and the house was overall great. The owner was communicative and kind to give us a later checkout time! It wasn’t quite ready yet when we got there at 3 so it was a slower move in than expected. It was also extremely buggy by the lake so when we needed to go outside at night, swarms of gnats would get in. Some of the windows were also not completely sealed so the bugs got in that way. By the end of the weekend the master bathroom and kitchen had gnats coated on the counters. Loved the beautiful house but would probably not rent again because of the bug issue.

Amanda I wish you had reached out about bug problems. I has sent you an email checking on you and asking if you had any needs, also providing my cell phone number as I do for all guests knats have definitely been active this year due to a wet spring, however I have a company that treats with an ecosafe repellent that lasts for weeks. A quick phone call to me would have resolved and certainly saved an internet bash. Perhaps some advice for future Thanks Mark

House was perfect for our large group

Plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. Well maintained and clean. The owner was responsive and super attentive. We will be back.

Family vacation

The thing I liked the most is the home is clean and extremely well stocked. The summary of the home is spot on. It was everything it said it was and more. Great location and right on the water. I want to thank Mark for being an excellent host.
