Step outside and you're in the heart of downtown Dunedin, one of Florida's most walkable towns, with restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music right outside your door.
This newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is made for comfortable stays of any length. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is perfect for two couples or friends traveling together. The primary suite has a king bed and double vanities, and the guest room has a queen.
You'll find a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, spa-style bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and quality furnishings throughout. The living room and both bedrooms have new TVs with DirecTV, Netflix, and Prime. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with individually controlled central A/C and heat and ceiling fans in every room.
The condo sits on the second floor of a charming mixed-use building, above a ladies' boutique and a home decor shop we love. A secure private residential entrance and elevator keep your coming and going easy.
Walk to the marina, bike the Pinellas Trail, or head to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands for some of the best beaches in Florida. Dunedin comes alive all year with 2nd Friday Night on the Town, the weekend farmers market, and favorite festivals like Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, and Wines the Blues.

This condo is perfectly appointed and ideally located to explore adorable Dunedin. Our hosts have thought of everything anyone could possibly want or need during a visit. Kitchen is brand new with all modern appliances. Decor is beautiful, beds are very comfortable, and two fabulous big bathrooms. Thank you for hosting us!!

This place was perfect it’s right in the middle of everything you. The apartment was pristine it’s even nicer in person than the photos highly recommend! Dunedin is a great little town, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants everywhere all walkable and we didn’t have a bad meal or drink anywhere. Hoping to come back some day!

If you want to be in downtown Dunedin in the middle of everything, this is the place! This rental is modern and spacious and located in the heart of Dunedin. The owners were helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property, which in itself says a lot. The apartment was meticulaously clean, elegant, with every possible need met. The owners live in the apartment next door and were available for anything I might need, yet they were never intrusive. This would make a perfect property for 2 couples, since both rooms had large beds (a queen and a king) and ensuite bathrooms. I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, and accommodating the owners were through every step of the process. Not only am I planning to stay there again but I have recommended it to several family and friends.

So clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Would love to stay again in the future!

The property was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The hosts responded promptly to my messages. They are on property and welcomed us when we arrived. The condo is beautiful, with high ceilings, an open concept living area, and updated kitchen. Parking is in a lot just outside the front door, with reserved spots for guests. The property is very secure, and that put our minds at ease right away. The building is on the Main Street of historic downtown Dunedin, and all the shops, restaurants, and marina are an easy walk. I highly recommend booking this property when visiting Dunedin!

Once again we had a lovely stay in Dunedin at our favorite place. It’s always clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need. We love walking around downtown, and this is the perfect location for that! Thanks again…until the next time! K

The condo was spacious, and extremely clean. Many thoughtful details were included: plenty of paper goods, a well-stocked kitchen, an abundance of towels. The owners were responsive with communication. Great location-right in the heart of downtown, and only minutes to a beautiful beach (Honeymoon State Park). We would definitely stay there again.

Location was convenient to everything in downtown Dunedin. Reserved parking was very convenient. The host was so accommodating and catered to every need we had. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and every request was granted. Elevator and wagon were super convenient for getting groceries upstairs.
