Steps from the heart of downtown Dunedin, our quaint costal town offers amazing restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, festivals, night life, marina and Blue Jays baseball! Close to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands and Clearwater Beach-award winning beaches! New heated pool!

Our 2 story, Owl’s Nest Condo, features include:

- 2 Living room/sitting areas with flat screen TVs and queen sleeper couches on 2nd and 3rd floors
-Full kitchen and dining area (2nd floor)
-Kitchenette with mini fridge (3rd floor)
-2 Full bathrooms, one on each floor

Awesome property!!

Stayed for a few nights with my teen children to visit with my Dad who lives locally. Perfect house for this. Very clean and larger rooms than expected. Great location and loved the pool and the washer/dryer— made for easy enjoyable stay. Will definitely re-book for our next visit.

Exploring Dunedin

Liked alot, clean, not too many units (other people, LOL). Near the water and lots of good restaurants/bars. Host, Katie, was wonderful, very accomodaing and quick to respond. We have already booked our next stay here!

Pandion Point-Owl's Nest was an amazing place. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the location and enjoyed the BBQ grill and eating dinner outside. Highly recommend!!! We are already planning our next trip.

Perfect location and all you need there! Everything was as described and very clean! The property was minutes away from everything (by foot) and even had a brewery and cafe right next door! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Location, location, location

If you have ever been to Dunedin, you know how wonderful their downtown is. The location for this property was perfect. Everything was walking distance. You are one street away from the water. We had the most beautiful evening/sunset walks with our family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place. Great location.

This was a perfect place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and everything was exactly as promised. I was worried that it was close to the road but it was not an issue. Earplugs were provided in both rooms but I never heard more than the occasional overly loud vehicle. The location directly above 7Aons brewery was ideal and the restaurant next to that was awesome! I would love to come stay again!

Two things. It will s noisy by the road. Thanks for the ear plugs. Second thing, the large frying pan needs to be replaced because someone heated it up too much and is doesn’t sit flat. Very clean

Spring Training homebase

This was an excellent location and the perfect place to stay during Blue Jays spring training in March. My mother and I stayed for about a week. The Pinellas Trail is just on the other side of the road. I was a bit nervous about the traffic noise based on other reviews but I had no issues sleeping. We enjoyed using the pool after hot afternoons at TD Ballpark. We didn't drive in Dunedin at all because the location is so central to restaurants and the ballpark. There is also a great little grocery store nearby. Dunedin is also a very dog-friendly place (check out Bark Avenue), so we enjoyed that aspect of the town as well, even though we didn't have a dog with us. The house is very close to the waterfront, so any time we walked downtown we went along Victoria Drive and admired the incredible trees and homes along the waterfront. At dusk, you can also hear a Great Horned Owl so every night we tried to spot him. Also a giant osprey nest nearby for those who are interested. It's a quick drive to Honeymoon Island where there are amazing beaches and trails. Next time I'm in Dunedin, I will definitely try to rebook.

Fantastic apartment and location

We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this is by far the nicest. Everything was exactly as advertised. Location is perfect for exploring Dunedin and is close to all the beaches. We will definitely be staying here again.
