795 Sq Ft 1BR apartment in a newly built building located within walking distance of the beach! Very eco-friendly modern space that is sure to feel like a home away from home! Designated parking space just for your stay. Washer and dryer included in the unit! The entire apartment is constructed to be handicap accessible, including the shower, and there is a designated handicap parking space for the guests who need it.

This apartment is located within a newly built complex that has been repurposed for short term stays/corporate rentals. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Biloxi Beach and consists of many shops and dining options nearby.

Uber/Lyft is the best way to go if you won't be with a vehicle!

Perfection!

This unit was perfect! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Very quiet location but still close to Hwy 90. Ample parking. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. I hope this unit is available for my next trip to Biloxi!!! I will definitely check here first before looking elsewhere!

The property was very clean and looked like it was recently built. The complex was easy to get to with the directions given very close to the beach and other attractions. The description stated sleeps four. There was a queen size bed and an air mattress which had an air pump with dead batteries. Which forced my 6 year old to sleep with us because we thought of letting him sleep on the couch but then we sat on the couch and it was the hardest sofa I’ve ever sat on. The WiFi in the home is spotty so weak it doesn’t even work in the balcony. None of my apps in tried to use on the tv worked because of the internet. I feel the floors could have been cleaner or at least provide a broom and mop in the unit. Also needed more pillows and maybe chairs for the patio we just so happens to have chairs because we brought our own for the beach. Also maybe a rug by the shower would help with the water that comes out while showering we had to put a towel down each time to keep the floor from getting wet. All together it was a descent stay for what we needed it for. And I would probably stay again.

Nice location for Cruising the coast, the apt was clean upon arrival and host communicated everything we needed for our stay.

Cleanliness

This is our third year here in this same apartment. The location is great. But the cleanliness of the floors could be better. There were bottle caps, toothpicks, candy wrappers and thick dust under the couch, looks like the furnitue wasnt moved to clean floors. Also my husband walked from the bathroom after his shower to the living room and his feet were black. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor in a circle....OMG, it was filthy. The shower had mold in the corners and along parts of the floor where it meets the wall. It did smelled clean when we got there, but started noticing things apparently arent being sanitized like it should!

Quick getaway

First days of summer break for a tired teacher. The apartment complex looks brand new. The rental wad perfect for the two of us. Short walk to the beach! Great trip!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed this place. The apartment/condo was very very nice and everything was as listed. Just be aware if you are booking during the second weekend of April, there is a HUGE city wide event and it is with in walking distance of this event so parking and traffic is very very hectic. They DO try to make sure that it’s only tenets parking in the parking lot as best possible. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great staff, good location. A few suggestions

VRBO's current communication system is clumsy at best. You have to sign in each time then hunt for the message. The property was nice. Dishes could have been better stocked. Everything was very clean. Finally, I would suggest non skid mats in the bathrooms. The marble tile is slippery wet or dry. The bathmat in the unit actually added to the slickness.

Good place to stay.

It's located in a good spot. Short walk to beach. Hwy 90 has plenty of beach side parking. Major stores near by. Away from all the in town traffic. We had things to do in New Orleans and Gautier so was a perfect middle spot. The only two things were the couch and lack of some where to put luggage/clothes. Couch is TINY and needs a cleaning. Besides the dining table chairs, this was only place to sit. Consider adding a comfortable chair. There is no place to put your luggage up off the floor in the bedroom. We ended up moving two of the dining table chairs to the bedroom to get our luggage up off the floor. Maybe a credenza or a dresser would be a great add to the bedroom.

Nice!

Spotlessly clean! A couple of very minor problems were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion would be a dresser for clothing storage.

Wonderful property

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The property was just as explained in the listing and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We have plans to visit Biloxi again several more time and we will definitely book this property again.

Biloxi Stay

Was a nice apartment. Lacking in furniture..no dresser or luggage holder in bedroom..not enough hangers in closet. Cleaners used way too much fragrant cleaners and too many air fresheners for size of apartment. Luckily I found a mop and remopped all floors to help elevate the strong floral scent and stickiness left behind. We did enjoy our stay in Biloxi and this apartment was conveniently located.

Excellent location, just steps from the beach, as advertised. My wife thought there should be some shelves under the tv, and maybe some end tables in the living room. But I'm just concerned with functionality. It's functional, everything works, no creepy crawly creatures, clean space, functional, then that's excellent.
