Perfect Vacation!

We loved our stay here. The Nobadeer location is fantastic and the owners are responsive and kind. Highly recommend for your Nantucket vacation.

Great Place to Enjoy Nantucket

This is a great home in a fantastic location. It's close to beautiful beaches and offers a peaceful setting for relaxing after a fun day enjoying all that Nantucket has to offer. The owner was wonderful as well.

Beautiful property and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house and grounds are well maintained and beautifully designed. The owners were easy to work with and responsive. We loved the walkability to the beach.

I would highly recommend this property!!

This house and the host are unbelievable I can’t wait to stay there again The host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure you well taken care of the picture don’t do this place justice it’s amazing place to have fun with your whole family I would give it 10 stars!

Great property. Living area and kitchen is on second floor and very airy open views to trees. Very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and rental really had everything you could need including chairs/bikes. Easy walk to beach. Nicely updated, No air conditioning in common rooms, only bedrooms- but was not an issue. Earst was helpful and very responsive to questions. Lots of space for families to spread out with couches/living area on 2 floors and bonus basement as well, Enjoyed the Peloton on the rainy day. Would definitely rent here again.

Great spot to enjoy Nantucket

Home was newly redone and very comfortable. I could sit in the upstairs living room with island breezes all day long. Multiple hanging out spaces inside and outside of the home. Appreciated the desk set up in one bedroom for those that needed to study or work. Beach was easy walk away. Owner virtually checked in and was very responsive but otherwise out of sight. Would definitely return to this spot. Thanks Ernst and Kat.

Nantucket Stay

Beautiful property right next to the beach. Owners were responsive and committed to helping with any issues (which were logistical more than anything else) during the stay. While near the airport, we never thought noise to be an issue. Any noise was minimal during daytime hours and we were mostly away from home at the beach during that time anyway. Hosts provided for a family-friendly home with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend staying at this listing.

Lovely home with a short walking distance to the beach which I did every morning with my pup Coco

It was very clean and private. The owners couldn’t have been nicer.

Great vacation for the entire family.

The house is very special. It is very well equiped, comfortable, and close enough for everybody to walk to the beach.
