Luxurious Beachfront 2-Bedroom/2 Bath Condo - Eagle Beach

Directly across from Eagle Beach! Oceania is the only oceanfront condo complex in Aruba situated directly on legendary Eagle Beach. This lovely designer unit boasts all the comforts of home and enjoys the luxurious amenities of 4 freeform pools, racquet ball and tennis courts, and a fitness center onsite. Eagle Beach, which is continuously rated as one of the best beaches in the world, is located steps away from the front gate.

This 1500 square foot condo offers two bedrooms (1 King & 2 Full Beds) and two bathrooms. The soothing décor capitalizes on the ocean views and brings the ease and comfort of the Caribbean indoors. The balcony from the living room and master bedroom overlooks the ocean, pool, and lush gardens below. We highly recommend enjoying a cocktail on the balcony at sunset. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large granite dining bar with stools. Pots/pans and dinnerware are provided for your convenience - and most importantly, we have a blender available for making your favorite beach cocktail. All rooms have a flat-screen HDTV. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper with a new foam mattress. The condo is child-friendly and a pack and play, high chair, and pool toys are available to you upon request. Use of beach chairs and beach towels are included with the unit. Our goal is to make your week as easy and comfortable as possible. One Happy Island!

Housekeeping during the week can be arranged at your advance request. A washer/dryer is available in the unit.
The condo is located in a gated complex with 24-hour security. A parking space is provided for free with the unit. It is centrally located within walking distance of 10 restaurants and a casino. The island has 2 nearby courses for the golf enthusiast. There is also a bus stop in front of the complex, to take you anywhere you choose. Upon booking, we will be sure to fill you in on some of our family’s favorite haunts for eating and drinking in the area. You are close to a wonderful grocery store that can provide you with everything your heart desires – be sure to try the Gouda and Stroopwaffel. This is a Dutch colony after all!

We hope your family falls in love with Aruba as much as we did! Aruba boasts the most beautiful sunsets, constant sunshine, and comfortable trade winds. It rains very little (20 inches per year) and is located below the hurricane belt. Aruba is great for relaxing, but home to many outdoor recreational activities. We highly recommend taking advantage of the snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, and ATV’ing in the area.

AMAZING location and condo!!

This condo was pure perfection for our family!! Eagle beach is stunning and this condo is located perfectly within steps from the white sandy beach! We enjoyed relaxing in the pools after time spent at the beach. We felt so safe the entire time we were there. The staff at the condo were so friendly! We will be back to this location again!!

Gorgeous beach get away

Excellent location right across the street from the most beautiful beach! Condo was so comfortable stocked with everything you could need. The host was very responsive and gave great restaurant suggestions. Perfect for a group or family. Area quiet and mellow but easy drive to center of town with tons of restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

While far from being the only condo complex on Eagle Beach, we loved this condo, the complex and the location. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, paved walking path along the beach and found it easy to walk to several great restaurants. Grocery is gorgeous but not walkable and extremely busy on Sat Eve! Taxis are at a premium. Traveler tip: plan to spend 2 hours (without Global Entry) to get checked in at the airport for your departure if you’re leaving in Saturday.

Spacious condo steps from Eagle Beach

We had a great stay here! The location is steps away from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo is beautiful, spacious and updated. It's close to everything, yet quiet. Stay here, rent a car and explore all over the island. After exploring, you'll realize the best beach is right in front of you.

First time Aruba trip!

The listing was exactly what to expect out of this property and more! This is located on the end of Eagle Beach where it is less crowded and your short walk to the beach with provided chairs and cooler is just perfect. There is a short walk to multiple restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely Stay in Aruba

Our family of four enjoyed this condo. Right across the street from Eagle Beach. We loved that it was a more quiet, low key area, than the hotel area. We enjoyed the view from the porch every morning with our coffee. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The outdoor property is beautifully maintained. Lovely pools. The owner provided beach chairs and towels which was great for us. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and needs during our trip. I would recommend this property.

Amazing condo and the perfect location!!

Our family of 5 LOVED this condo and can’t say enough nice things about it! It is VERY large compared to other condos we have rented. We had so much space and never felt crowded (2 adults and 3 teenagers!) It is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation! The location is amazing!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and beach bars! Eagle Beach is directly in front of the condo and was never busy! So private and relaxing! The pools were clean and never crowded and some days we even had a pool to ourselves! Security was great and we always felt safe!! Melissa and Ana were wonderful with the check-in and check-out process and any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay at here again!

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay the week before Christmas. The condo looks like the pictures and was very clean. The owner was very accessible before and during our stay. We have two adult children and the layout was perfect- they enjoyed the full sized beds and the main bedroom location provided us plenty of space and privacy. The walk-in closet was a bonus. The condo comes with all the water toys you need. Eagle Beach is beautiful and more quiet than Palm Beach. They are building a hotel next door, so there was construction noise in the morning and some added dust. The kitchen was fully stocked and came with garbage bags, dish soap and tabs, and coffee filters. The beach and local restaurants are a quick walk. We had a car and the covered, designated spot was great. A tip for future renters, management said we could leave groceries/alcohol in the unit as nothing goes wasted on an island. Always nice knowing someone can use your eggs! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is in a perfect location and the perfect place to rent. But during our stay, multiple times a property manager that was not affiliated with the property manager company on site entered our apartment. One instance she scared one of our guest by using a key and entering unannounced, another time we were at the beach with money and passports the apartment and she mentioned she was replacing a light bulb! Also, the price listed when we made our reservation on the site was increased at the time of payment.

Great Location

This was the first time we had been to Aruba. We were told Eagle Beach would be a nice area to stay. Since we prefer to stay in a place other than a hotel we look to book a place that will more comfortable We were lucky and found a great place with a great host. We were right across from Eagle Beach. The unit had 4 beach chairs and beach towels. There were even sand toys for kids. Melissa immediately responded to our messages. Her place was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We could walk to several nice restaurants. Oranjestad to the South and Palm Beach to the North were short bus rides. We highly recommend this location and I’m sure Melissa will do everything she can to be sure your stay will be enjoyable.

One Happy Island

We spent three weeks at Melissa’s condo in Oceania. Thanks to Anna and Angie for greeting us when we arrived and familiarizing us with the unit. The three pools were very enjoyable and the view was fantastic. The complex grounds were immaculately kept and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler in the condo were a big plus. Beautiful Eagle Beach is right across the street. Bus stop was right in front of the complex. The unit was spacious: big bedrooms, comfortable beds and lots of closet space. We appreciated the in-unit safe. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having the gas grill, table and chairs on the balcony. Complex is conveniently located near many great restaurants, several within walking distance. Thanks you Melissa for sharing your home on our favorite vacation island. We enjoyed being there to celebrate Aruban Anthem Day!

Excellent Relaxing Vacation!

My husband and I stayed at Kathi's condo for our honeymoon in May - what a great spot! The balcony of the condo overlooks Eagle Beach, which has beautiful sunsets every night (we also enjoyed our breakfast here every morning!). The condo is in a great quiet and secure location, away from the main busy tourist spots, which is what we wanted for this vacation. The beach is literally right across a small street, and there were always huts available for us to relax in the shade. The pools on site were also great - very well maintained and never busy. The condo was equipped with beach towels, coolers, beach chairs - everything you need for a great day at the beach/pool! We rented a car while we were there (highly recommend this!) and were able to stock the kitchen with groceries/snacks from the store that was a short drive from the condo. Having a car also let us explore different activities and restaurants the island has to offer on our own time, which was so fun! Everything you need is no more than a 10 minute drive from Oceania. We had such a great relaxing week!

Perfect Vacation Property!

So happy we stayed here as it is the best of both worlds! The resort is beautifully maintained and quiet. There is never a wait for a chair at the pool or a cabana at the beach. Which, btw is literally 7-8 steps across the street. There is a bus stop right outside the resort so a very easy way to get to the high rise area for dinner or nightlife. This condo is also just a 10 minute walk to a Super Foods grocery store. The condo itself is exactly as stated. Everything you could possibly need is here including beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and sand toys. Ice maker was great which is a big plus for me and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning and could go on and on. This vacation was just my husband and me, but could very easily be comfortable here for 4 adults. Would stay here again for sure! Aruba is just beautiful and this location was perfect. Also, Kathi is very quick to respond to you, should you need to get ahold of her. Very well done!

Wonderful stay on Eagle Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oceania at Eagle Beach, Aruba. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit had everything we needed. It was quite spacious in comparison to other similar units we've rented over the years. On the second floor of a five story building, it was quite quiet. Owner and Management service quite responsive. Highly recommend.

We searched for properties for several years before settling on Oceania. The ocean views are fantastic and you cannot beat the location. Eagle Beach is hands down one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and we consider ourselves amateur world travelers. The property is calm and quiet - perfect for unwinding and shutting out the noise of everyday life. It's a true vacation every time we visit. Oh! And don't miss the sunset from our balcony. We highly recommend it with a glass of rose in your hand.

We're extremely family friendly. Our children have grown up knowing Aruba and we've outfitted the home with games, pool toys, and sand toys for their enjoyment. We also have a pack and play and high chair available for you. Aside from that, you are literally STEPS from the most beautiful beach in all of Aruba.
