Beautiful 3 bedrooms/2 bath condo in Oceania Residences (one of the most desirable condos on the Island) first floor, located just steps away from the ocean. Gated community with 24 hours security.

Enjoy quiet nights on your private porch or have a family barbecue after a fun day in the sun.

Community has a beautiful club house, business center, 5 pools including kids pool, game room, tennis, outside playground, basketball, padel court, pickle ball, his & hers sauna and a business center.

Fine dining, restaurants, music, dancing all within walking distance. Enjoy an Aruba Riba one of our favs.

One of the best beaches in the world.
It’s an ideal location for those seeking a quiet atmosphere away from the more crowded and busier Palm Beach area with it's exciting night life and shopping. Not to worry, Palm Beach is just a couple of minutes away by car. Or you if you enjoy exercise you can take a nice stroll by the beach or take the public bus.

To rent a car or not.
Public transportation is available for just a couple of dollars right in front of Oceania. You can take the bus to downtown and all the way to Arashi beach. Also some tour companies will pick you up including day tours and party buses. Grocery stores delivery: some same day and next day delivery are available.

Perfect option in our favorite place! We stayed with 3 children (13/11/9) and had a wonderful. Likely will look to stay at this property again when visiting. Hosts were great and thoughtful, spacious property and well maintained.

My family and I loved this condo! It was very clean, had more than enough kitchen supplies and beach towels, and was super close to the pools and a short walk to the beach. The dedicated parking space is shaded, which was wonderful when getting into our rental car in the afternoons. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best time at this property! It was exactly what was described (and even bigger/better), steps from the pool which was great with a young child, and just a couple minute walk to the beach. We hope to be back with the rest of our family!

Best location in the place! Very clean. Just steps away from three pools and quick walk to Eagle Beach where you can snag a palapa if you go early. Easy to get chairs by the pool each day. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Aruba. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with our two kids (ages 6 and 9), and the pool and beach were absolutely perfect for our family. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.We especially appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided, including a wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, which made our daily walks to the beach so easy.The host was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and shared excellent local recommendations. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking to Santos Coffee each morning for delicious coffee, smoothies, and breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Aruba!

This was a great set up for a family. Nice space everything very clean. We loved the location, right across the street from eagle beach. Walking distance to the grocery store was definitely a plus.

We had a great time. Location is awesome steps away from pool and right across from Eagle Beach. Host was very responsive. Our favorite nearby restaurants were Passions and Terrazza Italiana.

Perfect location - quick drive from the airport , could walk to restaurants, shopping and an activities! Very spacious, clean and comfortable! Loved being able to just walk out the patio door to the pool and the beach! Excellent communication from host before and during the trip who provided area attraction suggestions. We also flew in on a holiday and host was able to help arrange for someone to grocery shop for us prior to arrival which was so helpful!

Unit was clean, location excellent since it is across eagle beach and it has patio access to the pool as well. You dont need to bring any items for the beach as they provide umbrella, beach chairs and even a small wagon where you could carry easily to the beach. Very nice option if you want to hang out with your family

We had a group of five, my husband, myself and 3 young adult kids. The condo fit us very well and was very spacious. Condo is well stocked with lots of beach toys, a wagon for the store and beach chairs (and more). We lived the pickleball courts and the gym. Pools and beach access was perfect. Host was incredibly helpful. She answered my many questions and gave lots of excellent advice. We would definitely stay again!

A Paradise Island Vacation

Great Stay

Spent a month at this great property. The location was perfect, and just a quick walk to many restaurants, grocery store, and the gorgeous Eagle Beach. The condo was very well equipped, comfortable and the pool being just steps from the back door was ideal!!

great vacation next to Eagle beach with amazing facility

Family vacation stat

Wonderful stay. Family of four with teen boys who enjoyed easy access to beach and pool. Quick ride to restaurants and snorkel areas. Enjoyed having quiet evenings away from busy Palm Beach.

Perfect Aruba vacation!

My family just returned from Aruba and I can’t say enough about our trip! This place is in a perfect location… ground level and across from Eagle beach, which is such a short walk passed the beautiful pools. This place was clean, spacious and was supplied with everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

What a lovely place!

What a lovely place to stay. The management was alway available with any questions and concerns. Close to leaflets beach and the beautiful pools. Would definitely recommend!
