Great place to stay. The location was convenient for exploring the hikes in the area. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.

Highly recommend this place. Clean, close to NMU, the lake and all things nature. PERFECT for visiting our son, hiking, sitting around the fire and playing cards. 10/10

We loved this place. It's very private and close to several beaches. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback is the shower. It doesn't have enough pressure to take a normal shower.

This cabin is a dream. Erica and Tim have a beautiful property and they really thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a short or long trip to the UP. The laundry was a life saver and it's super close to everything downtown Marquette as well!

This is a real jewel. Erica and Martin are soo friendly and thoughtful. We were missing nothing. Even beeing here in summer we see the benefit in winter for snowmobiling. A perfect spot to explore pictured rocks, Marquette and keenewa peninsula. UP at its best.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring the UP

Our family enjoyed staying at the cabin and it made a perfect home base for our UP vacation. The nearby towns, beaches, and hiking trails provided much to do and explore.

Quiet haven

We LOVED our stay! The cabin was a quiet and serene haven for u to come back to each evening after hiking and sight seeing. The beds were very comfortable and the property was lovely!

Loved the cabin!

The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed! The little touches like the welcome letter, flowers from the garden and the donuts were a nice surprise to see when we walked in. We will definitely be back to see more of the UP and chose this spot to stay again!

Perfect Location, Accommodating Cabin

Wonderful location to explore both Pictured Rocks and the Marquette area. Nearby Lake Superior beaches are beautiful and perfect for kids. The cabin was well equipped and surroundings were peaceful. We enjoyed the artistic touches, local information, and books/games. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Great!!

We really enjoyed the property. The the property owner Erica goes out of here way to make sure all the little things are done. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, cozy home with all the amenities!

We enjoyed our time at this property, so clean, cozy and felt like home. Stocked with all the essentials and more. The location is close to Marquette (10 minutes) and Munising (25 mins) and the owner shared about a beach nearby that was warm enough to swim. We loved this home and will definitely stay here again, thank you!!!

Week in the UP

We love this cabin and have stayed here several times! It’s the perfect location near Munising and Marquette. It’s is well stocked and very cute and clean! The owner is always available and accommodating. We’ll be back next year!

Great cabin

The cabin was very confortable and had everything a guest could possibly need. Erica was great to work with and very attentive to any question we had. The cabin was in a perfect location to serve as a base for us to make day trips in both directions along the UP. We highly recommend the cabin and would love to stay there again some time!

Great house

It was the perfect location to travel between Munising and Marquette. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Beaches close by for swimming and watching the sunset. The host was helpful and easy to reach if we needed. We would love to come back in the future!

This review is easy…a perfect 10! The cabin is fantastic…clean and well appointed. The location can’t be beat…between Marquette and Munising allows you to easily explore the entire area. The hosts are the best…incredibly nice and responsive. Erica even offered to send us a watch charging cable we left behind. This is our 2nd time staying at the cabin and we’ll definitely be back!

The cabin was just a s pictured! It was super cute and we couldn’t think of anything else we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located between Marquette and Munising. We would definitely recommend this place if you are heading to the UP. We are actually planning another trip in a couple of years and are hoping this place will be available!

Amazing

I have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this is on the top of the list. The owners are fantastic and made us feel like it was our home. They knew we were dropping off our son for college and went above and beyond to welcome us to the town. We will look to book again and aagain when we visit the college over the next 4 years!!
