Beautiful and Clean, spacious 3-Bdrm, 2-Bath condo. Screened in balcony with views overlooking pond and fountain are stunning. Well kept, clean, and nicely furnished. Unit comes with fast Wi-Fi throughout and expanded cable in every room. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Located in Lely Golf Resort our condo is a 2-min walk to the pool, gym, and tennis courts. And a 1-min walk to the golf clubhouse and restaurant where you have access to 2 beautiful public courses. Just 15 minutes from heart of Naples and beach access.
The space
We absolutely love the Greenlinks community in Lely and our condo. We travel frequently and know what a great guest experience looks like, that's why we will make every effort to create the same for you. Whether you are traveling with your family, yourself, or a group of friends - we want your stay to be worry free, pleasant, and memorable.
The space includes beach towels, nice HD televisions, a well-stocked kitchen, and a really nice area at the entrance of the condo with a desk if you have work to get done. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.
The amenities on-site are top notch. A very nice pool and hot tub, followed by a well equipped and clean gym, and nice tennis and pickleball courts top the list. Guests of our condo have access to discounted golf and spa rates. Pool and commons area comes equipped with beautiful loungers, umbrellas, tables, and gas barbecues for use.
From May 15-October 15th - Golf is free and guests only pay a $30 cart fee.

**All on-site amenities open without restrictions
**Discounts available for longer stays
**Condo is located on the 2nd floor
**Pack and Play available free of charge upon request
Other things to note
- There are 2 guest access cards to access resort amenities (pool area and clubhouse with fitness center). Please do not lose these keys - there is a $100 fee for every access card lost.
- Please do not run AC with windows and doors open
