This condo truly has it all, right down to the flurry of hummingbirds that visit throughout the day. The paper goods were premium quality, a small touch, but one that genuinely impressed me and made the space feel every bit as comfortable as home. The furnishings were clearly well cared for, though an updated mattress in the primary bedroom would be a welcome addition. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, with everything needed to prepare full meals with ease. And the water pressure in the shower was nothing short of exceptional, an especially welcome luxury after long, dusty days on the loop. 10/10, would return without hesitation.

Great location

Great location, affordable, and had a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location right next to the lake. The lake had great fishing from the shore. You can park or ride your ATV's into town and to the major passes like Engineer or California pass. The only downside of rhe condo was you could hear the upstairs unit walking about, but ear plus or a box fan going at night, helped this. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo by the lake

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was excellent. It was beautifully decorated, clean, it had everything we needed and we were by the Alpine Loop. We could ride our buggy into town for everything. Hwy 149, the hwy going thru town is open for HOVs from the Bakery at the north end of town to CR 30 going to the condo. We would love to stay here again.

We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first and foremost, and also met some nice shop owners in town.

Perfect location

What an incredible spot in the Lake City area! It's perfectly located on the Alpine Loop and near other scenic trails, and the best part is—you can ride your SXS right from the property, no trailer needed, and head straight into town. Kristin, the owner, was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. The place is fully stocked, right down to a crockpot. The porch is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the peaceful creek, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating, especially around the fire pit, so no need to bring your own lawn chairs. Inside, the place is cozy and comfortable. Between the convenience, comfort, cleanliness and stunning views, you won’t be disappointed!

Lake City Heaven

This was our 2 time staying in this cabin. It is absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing from the front porch. We will definitely book with Kristen in the future.

Great condo right by Lake San Cristobal!

Great space layout in condo- bedrooms are on either side of living rooms and bathrooms adjacent to bedrooms. Kitchen is WELL equipped (Thank you!). Plenty of pots/pans/lids, cooking utensils AND plastic storage. Played Lake City-Opoly and other board games that we were at the condo. Incredibly clean and great location!

We had so much fun experiencing the fall colors from this location. The views were incredible and it was so easy to access the trails. Would definitely recommend.
