The host was grate check in was so easy location right in the hart of town waking distance to some grate shops and restaurants I would stay here again

An older property, and yes, from the outside it looks old, but when I got inside, it’s all been refurbished and it was very nice and very well equipped

This cozy little cabin is literally right in the middle of town, barley a 3 minute walk from the best ice cream shop in the world! The host is the most kindest soul, she even helped us with our laundry as the laundromat in town had closed down. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Only thing needed is air conditioning. We like to sleep at 65. Otherwise an excellent location. Tammy was great. Thanks.

I want to start with the best thing about this property; the host! Tammy was amazing. During our stay period, there was a potential for evacuation because of the nearby Elk Fire, and she stayed in constant contact with us about it. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and the fire did not spread.The location of the property is fantastic as well. It's an easy walk to many dining or drinking establishments. If you're willing to hop on your motorcycle, all of Lake City is within a few minutes of you. (I mean, you could take a car, but how boring is that? LOL)We were on a 6 day motorcycle ride, and of all the places we stayed, the bed in this unit was hands down the most comfortable. Huge kudos for that alone! When you're riding all day, a good night's sleep is a true blessing. It rained all night, too, so the sound of the rain was calming.Here's the thing: If the only thing you really need a roof over your head, this unit is perfecly acceptable. Everything works, and it is well stocked, but it's also sort of tired and dusty feeling. The improvements were done on a severe budget, and some were seat-of-the-pants endeavors. The hot water heater makes scary noises and doesn't look well maintained. The back door opens onto
