Close to grocery stores, eateries, located next to City Park for recreation and much more! Access to laundry room in the building. Two roku tvs with fiber internet. Work from Home space with deck. Full kitchen with silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, refrigerator, dishwasher. Clean towels and linens. Walk in closet with hangers. Everything you need for a short or even long stay

Great place to stay

This is a Great location in Van. Right next to the park. Extremely quiet location. Well furnished, decorated, clean and comfortable. we will be back.

Close to Family

The apartment was nice, clean, & comfortable. Location was great for us as it was close to our family, which we were there to handle business. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and safe!

This place is wonderful. We felt very safe and it was so clean. We had issues with the internet, the owner was so sweet and quick to help us get it fixed. We can’t wait to come back.

Quiet little modernized Gem

This was a little Gem to stay at. Super nice and maintained well. Clean and modernized with excellent wifi for watching TV and working from my laptop. Definitely will be back!

Quite, clean and good location

The apartment was perfect for me for a weeks stay. It was clean and quite and had a good view to the park below. It is well appointed and I can't think of anything that needs to be added or changed. The location is great - close to a grocery story and I20 too. Will definitely stay here again!

Pleasantly quaint!

The apartment was clean and very nice location. The whole weekend the park right across from the apartment complex had families and kiddos playing in their title water park. We sat outside at the table and chairs and relaxed, of course the weather was great, so that definitely helped. I recommend this for a couple. (Please bring your pillows)

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Always nice to have a full kitchen.Reliable internet which was important as I work from home. Thanks again!

The place was dirty. Water bottles, dead spiders, live bugs on the ceiling and in the windows (which the owners claimed it was “almost impossible to keep them out this time of year”)dirty window sills, windows wide open in cold weather, spider webs, dirty kitchen/cabinets, coffee pod still in coffee maker, heating unit didn’t work. Had to keep flipping the breaker. The managers did send a cleaning person after I sent pictures of the place and cleaned the unit. Still, a 60 cleaning fee when it’s not being cleaned is frustrating. Will just stay at Fairfield next time. Cheaper too and free breakfast. :(

Hello Kim, I am so sorry that there was a problem with your stay. Unfortunately the maid stated she opened the windows during the previous cleaning and mistakenly forgot to close them. I have spoken with her about being more careful on future cleanings by checking under and behind the furniture since the water bottle was behind the night stand, inside the appliances and ensuring the windows are completely closed to avoid this in the future!

4 day stay

Room was very clean and so cute! Wish I would have been able to spend more time in it. Quite neighborhood. 2 TV's. WIFI. Price was great. Would definitely stay again.
