This cottage is located on an extremely quiet country road but is right on the road. We’re 30 minutes from Canton’s famous First Monday Trade Days. ( the largest flea market in the world). After a day at the Trade Days you’ll be ready for some peace and quiet! We’re 15 mins from all amenities, major restaurant chains, and grocery and gas stations.
The Texas Rose Horse Competitive facility is 10 minutes away.
Mineola is a historic railroad town with antique stores and unique eating establishments.

Quiet and peaceful. I was one of our group that slept on the couch on the “twin” bed and it was very comfortable for me. Would recommend!

Michelle was very helpful in accommodating me when my plans changed and also helped me out with other issues (not related to the cottage) while I was there. The cottage is always super clean with good amenities and is in such a nice location.

The cottage is cute as can be and perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The cookies and muffins were a wonderful surprise and so yummy. We will definitely be back.

Shopping was within 10-15 minutes in Lindale and Mineola. Michelle is a great host and we love the rural setting. It’s quiet and in the mornings you see and hear many varieties of birds. Always clean and super easy check in and out. Deb Bahnmaier

This cute little cottage is midway between Mineola and Lindale so there is easy access to shops, dining, etc either direction.The country setting was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Relaxing getaway

This was a wonderful place for husband and I to stay. We were visiting family and this was perfect for us. Very clean, super quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable and we felt like we were right at home. I highly recommend.

Idyllic Country Cottage!

This was such a gorgeous place to stay. All of the natural beauty surrounding the property is amazing. Such a great place to relax and unwind. And the hosts were so friendly and welcoming! Definite would stay again!

Perfect weekend!

This was a getaway for my mother and I and we loved our stay here. It was a cute cottage on a beautiful property. Definitely recommend if you're looking for peace and quiet outside of the city.

Quiet, quaint cottage, exceptional host

Michelle was responsive to my booking questions and went above my expectations with fresh homemade cookies and muffins. Her cottage was clean and cozy for my daughter and I to catch up while she had the day off from Sky Ranch.

Just what we needed

We've stayed at this cozy cottage several times, and it never disappoints. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax, and Michelle is the perfect hostess. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.
