Beautiful house. Spacious. Great location. Easy to find. Wasn’t too clear about trash days. Would definitely stay here again.

We are happy you and your family enjoyed your stay. Regarding the trash collection it is collected every day in the morning. Just place the trash bags in the box next to the driveway and it will be picked up.

For the second year in a row we were blown away by the wonderful stay in Solterra Resort. Our host, Tom, managed both properties and they were equally amazing. Beds are incredibly comfortable, plenty of towels, both bath and pool, and these homes had everything you could need in the kitchen.This is an incredible, relaxing, fun filled vacation spot for anyone.Thank you, Tom, for being such an incredible host!

We loved our 4 night stay at this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a lovely pool! The home was very clean and well equipped. It was comfortable and the bed and bath linens were good quality. We were a multigenerational party of 9 people, ages 18-87. We cooked 3 meals a day in the excellently equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and the game room every day. We also had fun at the Solterra pickleball courts and liked the gym facilities. We took several walks around the neighborhood. Communicating with the property host was easy and efficient. We highly recommend this rental home.

This was our second time staying with Tom at his properties and this year was no different than last year. Pure enjoyment and a great break from the real world and a complete relaxing and care free experience staying at this house. The house was in immaculate condition, the host and team were quick to answer question and overall response to anything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, playing games in the game room and relaxing while watching tv throughout the house. For the price you get so much in a house and all of the availability’s at the club house and everything. Will stay with Tom again on our next trip if there is availability! Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay at this Florida home! Everything was incredibly clean, and there were more than enough towels and bedding for our group of 3 adults and 3 children.The house is huge, much bigger than we expected. The pictures look great, but they truly don’t do it justice!The pool was a highlight of our trip. We’re so glad we chose to have it heated… it was pretty cold during our visit, but the pool stayed comfortable. By the afternoon, it was warm enough to enjoy without freezing when getting out. There were also plenty of pool toys, which the kids absolutely loved.The game room was another big hit! The kids had so much fun with the ping pong table and air hockey. We didn’t end up using the gaming systems, but it’s such a great option for families who would.Thank you for a wonderful stay… we would absolutely come back!

The house worked well for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the private pool and the overall spaciousness of the home—it was a great setup for relaxing and spending time together. Upon arrival, we did have a small issue with one of the toilets not filling after flushing, but the property managers were very responsive and had maintenance out the next day to take care of it, which we appreciated.A few helpful notes for future travelers: the driveway is a bit short and narrow, so parking two cars can feel tight—especially with larger vehicles. If you have more than two cars, you may need to park down the street depending on availability.The gate around the pool could be a little tricky to close at times, but we were still able to use the area without issue. As for the resort water park, it didn’t quite meet our expectations during our visit. The water didn’t seem very clean, the slide was closed, and we found the chemicals a bit irritating. That said, we didn’t mind too much since the private pool at the house was actually a highlight of our stay and ended up being a much nicer option for us.Overall, we had a very nice stay and appreciated the quick communication and support from the property team. The home itself was comfortable and well-suited for our family getaway.

Great House!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed the home. We nearly had to cancel this vacation and I'm so glad we didn't. The pool was perfect, the house was well kept and exactly as pictured, if not better. I would absolutely come back!

Great house

Lovely, very clean and comfortable house. Pool was great. I would stay at the house again. The owner Tom was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great family vacation!

We rented this house with 7 people! Very spacious and we never felt crowded. The pool was awesome after a long day at a Disney! We plan on renting when we come back down for another family vacation to Disney!! Everything was so close, whether it was the grocery store, gas station or amusement park! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house!

We all had a fantastic time. Our kids and their kids went to Disney while hubby and I stayed 'home' and floated in the pool. We had BBQ dinners on the lanai. The house is absolutely beautiful and quite large...loved the layout and the furniture. Fantastic pool area as well. It was all perfect!

Love staying at Tom's Place

This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed at. Wonderful home, great location and Tom is an excellent host. Everything provided in the house was in pristine condition and very clean. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures don't do the home justice though :) The house is bright and cheerful and the surroundings are beautiful. The pool is to die for and the Solterra Resort is great. Our stay was PERFECT!! I look forward to coming back again!

Great stay! Lots of privacy for four couples!

We had four adult couples in our group. We loved the layout of the house. There was a big common area with the kitchen and living room. There was plenty of privacy when the group wanted to break up. The pool area was excellent. Plenty of privacy from neighbors. We used the washer and dryer several times which was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Gorgeous Home!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Great pool, resort and the home. Rooms feel private there was plenty of space, while traveling with another family! We did end up buying some basic supplies like paper towels, garbage bags etc. but we knew that going in, and it was worth having a home vs a hotel.

Wonderful

This home is amazing! We will definitely be back. It was super clean, so we felt comfortable letting our one year old crawl around. Really spacious and each bedroom is very private. Melissa from Greenway properties did a great job with our reservation. She answered all of our questions and took care of renting a crib for us. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Property

This vacation home is the perfect space for families large or small. Everything is on the same level, which makes accessibility great for older and younger members of the family. The home furnishings were both modern and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. Each bedroom was spacious and had TV’s. The private pool and outside lanai was my favorite place in the home. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable, yet luxurious vacation spot in Orlando this home is for you! Beautiful, modern, with all the amenities!

Our family stayed in this home during the last week of August. Everything about this home was wonderful. It is exactly as pictured!!! Modern and clean decor. Kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, dishes, serving bowls, storage containers, and pots and pans. Beds, pillows, and couches were super comfy. We absolutely loved the lanai area...so many different seating options! Also, the association pool and lazy river were terrific; a nice bonus to the stay. Our family visited Universal during two days of our stay. The drive was typically 30 minutes. Would definitely suggest this stay to anyone traveling to the Orlando area.

We recently stayed at this beautiful home and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Tom was an incredibly kind, patient, responsive, and effective communicator, which set the tone for a great stay. The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully maintained. It was spotless when we arrived and clearly very well cared for. We were traveling with a 19-month-old, and the amount of baby-friendly resources provided made our stay so much easier — a crib, high chair, playpen, and more were already there and in perfect condition. The layout of the home is truly perfect for a family vacation, especially for multiple generations traveling together. We had our mothers with us, and everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom, which allowed for both togetherness and privacy. The kids’ rooms were beautifully set up, and our 8-year-old loved having his own cozy space to relax and watch TV. The pool was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. When we had a quick question about the pool heater, we called and were assisted immediately — that kind of responsiveness was really appreciated. Seating throughout the house was plentiful and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to gather or spread out as needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare full family meals, and all appliances were in perfect working order, including the dishwasher and washing machine. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and well kept.
