Itvwas a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 5 kids and 2 adults. The walk to the resort pool wasn't too far, but to my suprise the kids preferred the smaller pool at the house.

Our stay at Solterra was great! The house was perfect for our group! It was very comfortable! The house is located near the pool and easy to walk to! The owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Basics are provided in the house. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property and would definitely book again. Here's a rundown of our experience:The home was very clean when we arrived. Some of the carpets look a little worn but that is unavoidable when you have light color carpets in a rental.Communication from the host was excellent from booking through checkout. The host was responsive to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. It's clear they care about their guests having a smooth stay.The private pool was nice although we did not use it very often. It was clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing after a day at the parks.The kitchen had a good variety of cookware, dishes, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare meals without needing to eat out every night. We went deep sea fishing and were able to cook our fish when we got home in the evening. The community is nice and seems very safe. There is a gate at the entrance and you need to show your pass to get in. A few nights we had to wait while they processed everyone trying to get into the community.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations and made for a relaxing, comfortable stay near Orlando's attractions. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting the area!

Great host. Clean, well maintained. Stocked with enough dishes to cook Christmas dinner. The pool heat was excellent the whole time. Great location, to walk to resort pool . Comfy beds in all rooms. Very well decorated. Plenty of room.will book again

The Solterra Resort is great! The heated private pool was just enough to warm up in on the cold Florida nights while we were there.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed this house very much,it was clean,neat and exactly as the description online, I would definately stay there again! The temperature in all the rooms was perfect,the kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were all very comfortable,we didnt want to leave!

Great place and very clean!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Also, the resort was great and the waterslide with lazy river was as good as advertised. I will definitely want to return in the future!

Good rental for families!

Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Clubhouse pool and overall proximity to other attractions was nice! My biggest concern was not enough necessities like trash bags, soap, etc. but overall we enjoyed our stay and the owners were great with communication. Would recommend!

We decided to buy a vacation home because we needed the accommodations that hotels could not provide (full kitchen, privacy, and extra space!). We love to use these homes but also share the joy with others. We take pride as these are our private selection of homes and have done plenty of research to find the perfect resorts. These are our babies and we have upgraded and kept in a immaculate condition. We have given it lots of love and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
