BlueWater Vista a 4 bedroom / 3 1/2 bath turnkey pool villa located in Chocolate Hole, very close to downtown Cruz Bay.

This home is perfect for large groups, especially those traveling with children.

Sleeps 13 people.

Bed 1: 1 king with en suite (upper level)
Bed 2: queen and twin bunkbed (upper level)
Bed 3: king
Bed 4: queen and twin bunk bed

Twin day bed on lower level living room.

The upper level includes a large kitchen and great room along with two large bedrooms each with private adjoining decks.

There is also a deck off of the kitchen for grilling and outdoor dining.

The master bedroom includes a large e suite bathroom and walk in closet, while the secondary bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door for easy access.

The villa is super kid friendly with no large drop offs or cliffs and is actually fenced in! Perfect for those with small children.

We have a fully stocked board game cabinet and floats for the pool.

Easy driveway with flat ample parking. Central air through out the whole villa.

Incredible water views from almost every room in the house. A can’t miss!

8 minutes to Cruz Bay and 14 minutes to the closest north shore beach (Hawksnest). 25 minutes to Coral Bay.

Walk to both great cruz bay beach and chocolate hole beach.

5 night minimum or 3 night if the stay abuts another stay (is no gap in between bookings).

Our group loved the house! It was a beautiful spot with lots of quiet nooks even when the group wanted to be up and playing games.The pool was an added bonus and a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

This house was perfect for our group of 9. The views on the back deck where the pool is at was awesome and the other balconies were also great! Would definitely stay at Bluewater Vista again!

Great experience and great big house!! Lots of room, comfortable, well stocked with swimming, water gear. Ari and Barry very responsive. The pool is nice size and very clean. Thanks for a great experience and stay.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The villa was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location had no power and the generator was not functional for the bulk of our stay (1 night). Vrbo Staff provided us with a full refund.

We had power go out on the island (which is a common occurrence) however this outage related to a downed line which we had no control over. We had the generator going within a few hours and got the power company out there the next business day. This guest was not understanding of the issue at all. Beware to other owners…this one is a total pain. Do not rent to them!

We Love St John

Our family of 13 has been visiting St. John for years, and this villa was by far one of the best experiences we've had! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and had every amenity we could ask for to make our stay comfortable. The multiple patios were wonderful, providing plenty of shade and cover so we could enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, coolers, and skim boards, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The host was absolutely fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. This villa truly felt like our home away from home for the week. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stress-free and luxurious getaway!

The house is in need of repairs and maintenance before future stays. Upon arrival there were many things not working or in order including only one working tv that you must stream your own services, no sound system as listed, a mangled and torn canopy by pool area, a mini split AC that leaked so much we had to blow out the line ourselves after getting tired of duping bowls of water, holes in the walls and ceilings, broken counter tops and floor tiles, dirty furniture, missing furniture (only one barstool), all patios were dirty and furniture astray and the biggest issue was the amount of trash/debris by the pool including a fork, water bottles, food containers and deflated, mildewed pool floats/toys. Upon notifying the host, his reply was “There is only one working tv. Thank you for letting me know about the barstool.” The booklet of house information was only emailed to us the day after check in when we asked what the WiFi password was. The house appeared to have not been rented recently and the host seemed unaware of the condition of the home. We also had to buy cleaning supplies because all surfaces were dirty.

The house provided all we needed for our family vacation. It was a lovely space for us to spread out. The location was great! Close to shops, beaches, dining. The pool was incredible after hot days at the beach. We absolutely loved the beds, too! Great sleep every night. Our family had fun playing games the property offered and were happy to have the floats, beach chairs, and coolers. The most amazing, though, were the views! Wow! We really enjoyed learning about the history and culture on the island and are grateful to the owners and STJ residents for sharing this little piece of paradise. As a side note, power outages in the islands appear to be common. Don’t worry. The owner has a strong battery bank and back-up generator. We experienced an overnight power outage but the system kicked in immediately and we were unaware of the event until the following day!

So, I’m not one to give reviews, but feel like it may help many, as many questions I had, before I booked were not addressed in the reviews. Like, I was hoping we could walk to bars and restaurants- even though, this place is really close, St. John vrbo’s in general, are not walkable! Well, they could be at your own risk! We stayed a week July 18-25 2026 with 2 families- 9 people. Things to keep in mind- as we’ve stayed in St. John properties before. The drive from Cruz bay ferry is at most 10 mins, easy drive. The dolphin supermarket is like 5 mins away and on the way there. The driveway was not too steep and they even had a turnaround area for backing out which was awesome! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. The primary suite king upstairs is far superior than the king downstairs- but the downstairs king suite had a split so cool air was flowing all night! There is only 1 bathroom downstairs- but it worked for 4 of us. Never really ran out of hot water even when all 9 of us consecutively showered at 6pm(Luke warm at the last 2 showers- but never cold). The pool is more of plunge pool- but perfect for floating or chatting- perfect temp! The negatives- though- we were in vacay mode- the living room only sits 5. Kitchen chairs not comfy! The tv in the living room didn’t work- so we brought the tv in from the primary suite and it worked! The pans need an update! The back rail near the pool must have gotten knocked down recently- because it’s a safety hazard! Overall good
