The galley kitchen is appointed with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, and countertop seating for 4.

Steps from the Big Wood River & short drive to The River Run Lifts.
1 block from Ketchum bike path.
Downstairs media room with a big screen TV, microwave, coffee pot, and snack refrigerator.
Large furnished deck with gas grill.

BR 4: Downstairs bedroom with Full Bed. The full bath is located down the hall.
Please note Garage can fit 1 vehicle only.
Children are welcome, however house is not “child-proof.”
House-trained pets are welcome with homeowner's approval & pet fee.
