Welcome to your Lake Havasu retreat! This prime location, 2-story home with a rooftop deck offers breathtaking lake views. Upper and lower living areas seamlessly connect to outdoor covered decks, providing additional seating and dining areas for watching the desert sunsets or relaxing by the pool.
Inside, the spacious 2,600 sq ft interior is designed for gathering and entertaining. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits, featuring two dining areas and a long island with bar seating that opens to the family room. The main living areas have 85" Smart TVs, ensuring entertainment at its finest.
Stay connected with high-speed Wifi at 400 Mbps.
Main floor bedrooms: King Suite with a private bath and walk deck. Junior King Suite offers a walk-out patio. Queen bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with Smart TVs, providing personalized entertainment, extra bedding.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Huge, beautiful home in a great location with access to the lake and restaurants just a few blocks away. Pool was wonderful. Great communication with the host. The home was immaculate. Highly recommend

Family vacation 2024

This house fit my family great. House was clean and exactly how it was describe online. House manager was quick to respond to questions and she supplied great directions on the house rules and city restrictions. I would stay there again.

Great Location and House

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, up to date, and has a lot of great amenities. Plus the view from the roof is top notch. There were some initial hiccups with the house as it was recently remodeled, but the owner was extremely communicative and eager to get things sorted out. Lots of room for guests and the location is a quick walk to the lake and by extension the rest of the town.

amazing stay

First off, awesome host!! everything ran seamlessly. Host were very responsive even before my stay. Helpful. Kind. The home is BEAUTIFUL, spacious. Rooms are comfortable, beds amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. My family loved the spilt levels. Basement space was awesome to have when the littles went to bed early on first level. Great views of the lake, sunset, sunrise.

Yearly trip

This is mine and my friends second time staying here and I have to say it’s more fun every time! House is in the best location, spotless clean, and the vibes are just incredible. Owners are super friendly and very accommodating to all your needs during your stay! Neighborhood is great, haven’t had a problem with any of the neighbors both years we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back again next year!

Amazing place!

We would definitely stay here again. Christine was amazing and super helpful with everything. The property itself was awesome. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were all very nice, kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled one night and sat out on the patio with our group and enjoyed the view. We decided not to have the pool heated which was a good idea because it was perfect temperature. Really enjoyed our time here! Great place for large groups. Thanks Christine and Jon!

We don’t have enough words to express our stay at this property!! Perfect seems to sum it up!! The host were everything you want them to be! They were helpful and always answered any questions very promptly. The property is beautiful and location is ideal!! If you rent this home you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic house for a large group!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The house was very spacious and accommodated our group of 15 perfectly. The lake views from the rooftop were amazing and the lake was only a 10 minute walk away. Jon was very responsive anytime we had questions and extremely accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better stay and hope to stay here for our next Havasu visit!
