This was a perfect place for our family vacation. Close to the Disney parks. Clean and plenty of room. The pool was great, the kitchen had all the cooking & other supplies needed, the beds & couch were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. We LOVED the informational signs posted around the house to inform how to use things (hot tub jets, garbage, light switches). The gaming options were also a great asset for down time between visiting park. Would def stay here again!

Our family enjoyed the outdoor table area and pool. The floor layout was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pans, however knives were very dull. The property could benefit from some overall maintenance and upkeep, like the lanai screening.

Davenport home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had a very quirky layout, lots of angles, but if certainly suited our needs. The host was really easy to work with, and the location was convenient to Publix, golf, and decent restaurants. Would definitely stay in this house again if in the area.

The house was nice and had plenty of space for the 12 of us. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We loved the layout of the house and that three of the rooms had king sized beds. However, the house was hot! We had to keep the thermostat at 76 or pay extra, but it wouldn’t have mattered during the day because the temperature of the house was 79. The heat pump couldn’t keep up (all doors and windows were closed). It was difficult to sleep at 76. Our family is from FL/AL so we are accustomed to hot and humid, but it was too warm for us.

Absolutely stunning rental, exactly as described. Walking through the door is like walking into a hug! The warmth, decor and thought put into the house is spectacular. Plenty of comfortable beds, space and room for everyone. The pool was greatly enjoyed by the kids and the jacuzzi was a pleasure for these old bones after days filled with walking. Regis the owner was great, Gayla the property manager was wonderful and ensured everything was ready upon our arrival. Definitely would love to stay again.

Overall it was great! 2 masters down stairs which was great for myself and grandma. Hot tub was perfect for the relaxation of all day adventures. Kids had plenty to do while adults got to cook and unlike some places I’ve stayed there were plenty of cup, plates, utensils. Not to forget the beds was comfortable.
