Paradise Palm

This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of Estero Blvd. It is one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Five blocks away is Times Square with its quaint shops , restaurants and pier. The backyard has an outdoor private pool area along with a covered patio area. BBQ some fresh seafood from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats 8, a large living room with reclining couch, recliner chair and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 2 decks, a washer and dryer, 2 king bedrooms each with a TV. The 3rd story is the master suite with king bed, full bath and walk in shower. The lower level has a king bedroom apartment with full bathroom and kitchenette. This walks out to the covered patio area. There is access directly into the lower level bathroom from the outside so you do not have to go through the apartment. This allows you to use the facilities when returning from the beach or using the pool. Provided also are many items such as pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon, rolling cooler, and a beach umbrella. Paradise Palms is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Great time! We love this area and we loved that we could walk everywhere! 5 mins and we were on the sand. The house had everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs and wagon. Everything was clean and organized. Pool at the house was great! Plenty of chars and chaise lounges around the pool. House was very comfortable for our group of 4 couples! Spoke to the owners a few times. Responsive, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely rent again.

Great stay by the beach.

House was very clean and well stocked. We loved just hanging out by the pool or the upper deck area. Beach was a short walk from the house. Owners and property manager were quick to respond when any issues arised. If you are looking to book a peaceful time by the beach and pool book this house now.

Awesome FMB Beach Vaca Spot!!

We stayed in this house over Christmas this year and couldn’t be happier! The house is stocked with anything you may need, beds were amazing, pool was amazing, and the location being so close to the beach and Times Square can’t be beat! Great communication from our hosts, we would love to stay here again!

Nice House - Not so nice back yard

We enjoyed our stay at this house other than having to deal with workers in the back yard building the pool that was supposed to be done 3 months before our stay. The back yard was also not usable due to the nature of the construction and proximity of the under construction pool to the house. We did get a small discount since the pool was not ready. (this was the reason we chose this house - a pool was a "must have" for the kids - very disappointing) When the pool and landscape are complete, this will be a very nice property. I hope they put up trees to block the unsightly building in the back yard on other side of fence. The only down side to the house is having to go outside and use stairs to get to apartment on bottom (which was a bit musty).

False advertising

Construction on property that was not divulged in pics or property write up. Only disclosed in welcome letter 48 hrs prior to checkin. Unable to use backyard ( which we paid a pet fee for and planned on using). Tropical came thru day before arrival and left all of back yard flooded ( pool under construction filled w/ green/brown smelly water) right up to sliding glass doors of bottom apt. Outside patio under water... unable to use grill, outdoor shower, living space or gain entrance into main house from the back intended stairs. Had to go thru garage and walk around front of house to enter main quarters. Left many phone calls for owners and manager and didn't receive a call back til over 24hrs later and I had to keep calling them. Throughout the rest of our stay they were difficult to reach/ didn't return calls. I sent pics and videos of all the issues. As the water dried up the (sand/dirt ) it was incredible smelly. So much so that we couldn't sit outside on the upper deck. Without having a conversation w/ us ( the renters) they sent pool people the work on leveling out the yard which meant bulldozers. They also had a cement company come which cut patio cement blowing cement dust all over. Cushions were covered in dust. The noise was unbearable!!Thank goodness the weather was beautiful nd we were able to escape cause if we had to actually stay at this place besides sleeping it would have been unbearable!! We asked for a partial refund d/t all the issues listed above... they came back thru a message ( not a phone call) that they were willing to refund our pet fee and that was all!! The ownersnever ret'd a phone... never spoke w/ them. They went thru their son ( manager) who would call you back when he felt like it... no urgency!! Trying to save another family from going thru what we went thru! Made a complaint thru VRBO and they said the best they could do would be to contact the owners on our behalf and request a partial refund but it would ultimatelybe up to the owners to do the right thing!! Guess what?? They wouldn't do the right thing so hence comes this scathing review of our stay at their property! Save yourself from renting this property!!!!!!!!! Don't do it!!

The property was as advertised. We had a minor issue with the A/C, but the property manager was very prompt and had it fixed the day that I text with him. Great property and we will book it again.

Easter break with family was wonderful. The property is new, clean & walk to the beach. Everything was exceptional from bedding to beach toys!! Definitely a must stay. The host was very friendly & accommodating. We’d definitely recommend this host & property!!

We were very pleased with the property. Location to the beach was great. Loved the 2 wagons and beach toys that were available. The pool was wonderful. We had a concern and the owner got back to us immediately. We like to cook our own meals so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Excellent home for pool and fun!

Everything was great. The pool was the perfect temperature the whole time and we had a blast! They’ve done a great job at the remodel and I’m sure they’re still getting a few things done such as a wet bar by the pool, it’s prepped. This is the perfect home for friends and/or family to relax and enjoy the pool!

accomodations were very nice, with all amenties you would use and lots more, repairs in the area still from ida are still happening and a long way from done. being very supporting for this was a main reason i wanted my family to see and feel people who were in the middle of this, congrats to this property owner and to the fort myers beach people for staying strong, so glad we came.

The property was close to the beach. The outside porch by the pool was super convenient for games, dinners, and fun. The pool was nice. The beds were amazing. And having the apartment downstairs was nice to have the fridge, full bathroom and extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the place accommodated us on so many things. They thought of everything!

Fall Break 2023

We are Dan and Carol Thomas we reside most of the year in MN. We have been traveling to the Fort Myers Beach area for 12 years and finally purchased a home here for when we visit this area. Dan has retired and Carol still works as a real estate agent.

We looked for a few years to find the right place and landed on this one. It is a beautiful 3 story home that was fully furnished and had enough room for our 2 children and 3 grandchildren to come and stay with us when we are here.

Sitting under the covered patio area and enjoying the beautiful pool is magical! Paradise Palm will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 5 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops or go fishing on the pier. If you don't want to go that far, take the one minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grill! The home allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. It is rented as one unit but has a separate up and down.
