This fully furnished 2BD/2BA condo is located at One Medano Beach, Cabo's most contemporary almost oceanfront residential tower. The building is located 200 Meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo (Medano Beach) and across the street from the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is home to world class shops and restaurants. It is a block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk down the hill to Medano Beach you will find many restaurants, bars and water activities.

This condo is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the
heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 2nd floor and is approximately 1,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony.

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It's known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land's End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It's a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it's a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

The first floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.

Catch a water Taxi from Medano beach or the Marina.

A car in not needed to get around downtown Cabo. Most places are a 5/10 minute walk.

The trash chute is located in the hallway in a small enclosed area next to the stairs. Please put all trash in bags.

While AC is running, please keep all doors and windows closed. Thank you.

Convenient location to the beach, boardwalk & restaurants. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. Our host was amazing! We will definitely book this again in the future!

Great getaway spot

Accommodations were perfect. Very roomy fully stocked with and perfect location. One block from the beach, couple blocks from the marina and Walmart and a couple blocks from great restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

COZY CABO CONDO

We knew we were in Cabo but didn't want to leave the Condo. Everything was beautifully decorated but not overly fragile. Tastefully furnished. Wonderful King size beds. All the channels you can handle. TV's in three rooms. Awesome patio. All the cookware and utensils you can handle. Coffee maker and coffee supplied. We enjoyed. The walk for the parking garage is a little steep but you can rest your legs on the plush sofa when you get home. Very safe. Very secure. Sol was helpful, kind and responsive.

An amazing experience. Working with Sol (Nick and Laura) we all agreed that it was arguably the best vacation we've had in years. It all starts with a great team, communication and of-course the venue itself. The condo was clean, well appointed and situated within walking distance to all that Cabo has to offer. Taking full advantage, we spent time down at the Marina enjoying the restaurants, patio bars and even going on whale watching excursions. It was also a quick 5 min walk to Medano beach and all that it had to offer. We are already planning a return visit with you guys! Well deserved 5 stars! Sol, Nick... see you guys next year!!!

Nice comfortable

My wife and I spent 4 nights on this property. Location is great, we know the area well. Property is well stocked, comfortable, we appreciated the wifi and TV. Sol was great to work with, early check in was allowed, as we were moving from across the street. Comfort of this property was wonderful, almost as good as home. One item, the hot tub was used a lot by others and we did not feel comfort with it cleanliness, but since it is shared we were not upset. Overall a great place, great location and great communication from managers.

Medano Beach

The place was in a great location and it was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go and see. Its a little noisy at night but, that is to be expected since you are in the heart of all the tourist attractions. One thing I would say is that they need to wash or get new linens and towels as when I used them they smelled mildewy If you wash them in vinegar I think you can get the smell out. The linens just looked really old.

Great Location

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was close to the beach and all of the clubs and nightlife. It was also close to shopping and the new Walmart in apartment was very clean and we have no problems during our stay. There is an amazing little Mexican restaurant across the street. The breakfast is fantastic and we ate there every morning at night. The small restaurant it was packed and was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

The perfect vacation condominium

This is the perfect vacation condominium. It has everything we needed; located within a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go (beach, grocery store, restaurants, and marina). The second bedroom is a bit noisy at night. We will be coming back!

Amazing Property

This rental is exactly what we wanted. 50 of our closest friends and family were staying at Corazon and it was a 25 second walk to the resort. Beach was right there. The condo was furnished with beach equipment. Shoes. Towels. Umbrellas. Washer. Dryer. Anything you needed. It was stocked. Will be back in October

Nice place near the beach

It was our first time to Cabo and we had a great time. The condo was very nice, modern and clean with easy access to the beach. Laura was a great host, always answering any questions we may have had. We would go back there someday.

Amazing space and location

This property is truly in a perfect location. You are located a few hundred meters from the beach, the Mango Deck, The Office, and a short two block walk to the Marina. Could not have asked for a better location. The condo itself is great and very secure. It was very clean, great bedrooms and beds, well stocked kitchen facilities, and an amazing deck view to relax upon. The owner is a great communicator and managed all aspects of our checkin to ensure we had a great stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great experience. Thank you Laura!

From the time we made the reservation, the experience was great, Laura is very kind, excellent host, by promptly responding to any questions we asked, anticipating all our needs. Incredible Condo!

We can't say enough about our stay at this condo! It was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The view off deck was beautiful, and you can see Medano Beach. Also, you can catch a water taxi to great snorkeling beaches and a tour of the arches, right at the beach below. The condo has exceptional security, and was close to everything. The walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, are at your fingertips. Every time we called an Uber, it was 1 minute away. The host Laura answered all our messages in a timely fashion, and really cared that we were comfortable and had a great experience. We're already dreaming of returning!
