This fully furnished 2BD/2BA condo is located at One Medano Beach, Cabo's most contemporary almost oceanfront residential tower. The building is located 200 Meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo (Medano Beach) and across the street from the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is home to world class shops and restaurants. It is a block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk down the hill to Medano Beach you will find many restaurants, bars and water activities.
This condo is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 2nd floor and is approximately 1,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony.
The first floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.
Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.
