All of the amenities of Sun City Grand are available with a CAM card.gyms, indoor and outdoor pools, every activity imaginable. with a CAM card Great weather, great accommodations and great people all rolled into one .Gals in the office are so helpful.

The area is beautifully maintained with a very friendly atmosphere. Folks from around the world play, mix and mingle. Shopping is right around the corner ~ everything from Blockbuster to Pizza to Super Markets and many many fine restaurants. Medical facilities are very nearby. Pickle Ball, soft ball, tennis, bocci, lawn bowling, swimming exercise classes, swimming pools, multiple clubs are available. Biking and walking trails are within the community. Arizona's wonders are fabulous and spectacular side trips on good roads are fun to explore.. from the Grand Canyon to Sedona, Phoenix, Tucson, The Apache Trail is a good take., k
If you are thinking of Buying here, try out Az living first.. You will not be disappointed So much to do and such comfortable accommodations .Flowers abound. Everything is beautiful..

Folks are friendly and helpful. The condominium unit is well stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable. There are 2 computers in the club house to use if you wish. But you have your own Wi-Fi in the unit. If you bring a bike, there are bike racks available. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.

Two elevators access the unit. YOUR OWN PRIVATE outside balcony is covered with a high table overlooking the entry for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a separate washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of room.

Comfortable Peaceful Stay

Great property!

Very comfortable; great balcony with a wonderful view. I didn’t take advantage of the amenities as I am still working full time. Owner is great-responsive to any issues that arise.

Great stay!

After dealing with internet/wifi issues during the first week, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! The condo community is upscale, well-maintained, and friendly.

Perfect for Short-term Stay

We stayed at this condo for 2.5 months and it was exactly what we needed: furnished, clean, and convenient. This one-bedroom is so adorable. If I had any issues or questions, Jane responded right away. The complex is super quiet and clean. We didn't take advantage of the amenities except to borrow books from their clubhouse library. Parking is plenty. The unit is on the third floor but there are two elevators in each building. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, good location and people were very nice.

The owner was the nicest lady. Our air conditioner went out and she had it fixed right away. The condo was very clean and had everything that we could ever need. We would stay here
