Best condo location in the complex. Comfortable and quiet.

This is a newly decorated, nice, two bedroom, one and one-quarter bathroom condo in a quiet area of Glendale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. This unit is a few, very short minutes to all the sports venues. It is nicely furnished with a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new small appliances, new dishes, pots and pans. The unit sleeps 4. The bedrooms have queen size beds. The master bedroom also has a flat screen television and walk-in closet. There are two balconies; one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both face the Phoenix Greenbelt, which make this unit very quiet and desirable. It is equipped with high speed internet. There are 2 flat screen televisions and a Blue Ray DVD player. You can walk to the park, shopping, urgent care, a major hospital, and grocery shopping. You can also walk to Starbucks, Einstein bagels, and many other shopping venues. This is a nice, upper middle class condo. It is not a dive nor is it the Ritz Carlton. It would compare to an Embassy Suites in quality, but with all the amenities of home. It is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Maid service is available for $100 per visit. 30 Day minimum stay due to HOA rules.

Enjoyed our time in Phoenix. The condo is fully stocked. Appreciated the location being on the backside of the complex. Pool area is very nice. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great stay

Very nice condo. Well stocked with almost everything you could need. Decor was cute. Close to attractions to visit. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for our 3 day stay

Property was well equipped and beds were extremely comfortable! Had the pleasure of meeting their cleaning lady and she was superb! She was so sweet to my children. Hot tub and pool were great. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Happy with everything

Property was clean, well equipped and very conveniently located for restaurants, groceries, etc. We had a nice visit with family.

The condo was bright and very comfortable. Two balconies, one off the livingroom and one off the master bedroom really opened up the space once the blinds were drawn. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking oils, spices, teas, coffee, sugar packets, which saved us a lot when grocery shopping. The pool was wonderfully warm (stay was at the end of April) and we had it all to ourselves for the entirety of our stay. The hot tub was wonderful, a long soak at the end of a swim became our evening wind down ritual. The grills by the pool were very clean and we grilled out at sunset while the kids swam. It was a very lovely stay and I highly recommend this condo.

Really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool (Jan/Feb) and the camaraderie with other snowbirds who hung out there daily. Condo is in great location next to (and view of) the bike path that was easy to access and perfect for riding our ebikes. Grocery / pharmacy / carwash / restaurants virtually next door were very convenient as well as access to highway to travel around Phoenix. Being located right next to a major hospital and ER was a nice bonus we didn't have to use! Condo itself was cozy, comfortable and clean with two balconies (one covered, the other open air) and communication with owner was very good.

Awesome Week

Felt like home. Watched our girl play college softball for the week. Even had everything we needed to give her a home cooked meal. Great place to hang out and relax.

Perfect location for our visit

We really enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean upon arrival. Gary was easy to communicate to with and helpful in answering last minute questions. If we ever make it back to the Phoenix area, we would love to stay there again.

Pleasant long stay

Nice condo with a view and nice walking path. Great fo a couple or a family. With only one bathroom, inviting friends to stay for senior couples less desirable. Otherwise recommended and we may be back.

Most pleasant

Gary and Frances have a lovely condo, in an area of Glendale that is easy access and has many nearby options that will accommodate any needs. Their condo is warm, friendly and comfortable! We appreciate our time in Glendale and appreciate Gary and Frances for their hospitality!

Very clean and well kept. My mother, Grandmother, Great Aunt and my uncle were very pleased and enjoyed the stay they said they were very comfortable. Thanks Gary for responding to our questions in a timely matter.

Clean and Conveniently Located

I would definitely rent here again. The condo is absolutely in the best location of the complex. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked perfectly clean and inviting. With the 17 and 101 nearby it's easy to get around the valley. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Christmas

The condo was very clean. It was perfect for our Christmas vacation. There were a few hiccups with traveling but Gary and Frances were great. There was plenty of room when our Granddaughters came over to visit. We will definitely be booking on our next trip out.

Nice space, great location

The condo was just as described - clean, well maintained, nicely furnished and decorated. Best part of my stay was the location. The unit itself is very private and has great views, while it's only a short drive to the airport, freeways, shopping, restaurants, etc. The unit is on the second floor (no elevator), so it's a great option for those who have no difficulty with stairs. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks Gary & Frances! I look forward to my next stay here!

There was just 2 of us it was fine.

If you had people in the second bedroom, it didn't have a tv. Stairs to the 2nd floor are difficult to walk, older people would have a hard time on them!
