Guest Access:
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email and text message the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.
The Neighborhood:
Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.
Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Horseshoe Bay.

- No smoking
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- Pets are allowed with written permission only. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets and the Non-Fundable Pet Fee is $175.39 (taxes included)/ Per Stay. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside this property.
- Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the lake
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions
- Safety Notice: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior spaces
