We enjoyed our stay . The game room and hot tub was a fun way to spend the evenings but that the three bedrooms each had a full bath was a big selling point especially with four ladies in the house. We had to leave a day early but enjoyed the sites around Marble Falls with the time we had.

Beautiful home! So much to do and the host was so helpful when we had small blips occur. Definitely want to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the easy lake access.

The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you need. Plus, there are plenty of bathrooms, and the water pressure is amazing. Just a heads-up: if anyone is staying in the lower bedroom, they’re going to hear every single footstep from the kitchen and dining area above.On the downside, the house is tucked way back in a neighborhood and feels too far from main attractions, with very little privacy. It also seriously needs a deep clean—there's dust and trash under the furniture, dog hair/smell on the downstairs couch, cobwebs on the ceilings, dirty window screens and the hot tub water definitely needs to be replaced.

WOW! This was a great place to stay! Perfect layout for the family and incredible location! The hot tub was relaxing and my favorite part was the comfortable beds!! I actually want to buy that mattress for myself now! The decor was super cute, too! Would definitely recommend this place!! Oh and all the deer coming right up to the side yard was so fun to watch! Communication with the host was always easy and prompt, as well!

This House is full of details that make you feel at home. Super clean and with excellent taste. Derek is always in touch and waiting for you to feel comfortable. One of the best rent houses that we ever been!

The host was very responsive. The house was amazing. It was a great get away for my bday and having my army nephew and his family hang out with us before they transfer was perfect! We not only had fun we did a volunteer project to give back. My husband is a Veteran so giving back is what we do!

The interior of the property was fine for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the overall aesthetic was nice. The exterior design struggled to shed water after a big rain. The fans and electrical box covers were full of water. The back patio is not truly covered if it rains. The posted signs from surrounding neighbors saying smile you’re on camera doesn’t make you feel welcome. Every day we were there a team of men that lived all around were non stop mowing weeding/edging, power washing. The neighbors also took pictures of us several times doing nothing wrong, except walking to the public park to access the lake.

Pet friendly! Plenty for my teenage grandsons to do! Perfect location. Not far from Marble Falls and Kingsland.Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub or outdoor amenities. But had plenty to do this week!
