We had a host cancel on us last minute and we were so lucky this place was available. The property was perfect for our family with kids ages 2.5 and 5. It was clean, beautiful, and well staffed. The room itself was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans but not much in the way of staple items (like olive oil) but that was fine. Host was excellent in communicating with us when our room was ready and very responsive to requests. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

We had one of our favorite vacations here! Walking distance to a kid-friendly beach, grocery store, restaurants and a fun pool with a water slide.

We had a lovely stay at Jodi's condo. We've stayed at this resort before so the expectation was high! The location was great (don't let the non-pool or ocean view put you off; after exhausting days exploring Kauai, the quiet side is appreciated). The condo was spotless and communication was crystal clear and timely. Jodi was extremely helpful during a travel issue and we are so grateful. Will look at this unit first when we return to Kauai!

The condo was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of coolers and beach goodies to enjoy your time on the island. The property was beautiful, quiet and clean with a fantastic restaurant right on the beach. Will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing visit! Place was clean and well kept and had everything that we needed. Was the best stocked kitchen that we have stayed in with every utensil/pan that we could have needed and we are foodies. Had thoughtful other items stocked, like beach, chairs, and coolers for heading out. We will definitely stay here again! Entire family was very happy!

Condo looked just like advertised. Great location. Resort was beautiful! Beach was very nice and we were so happy to see the seals. It was the best view I've ever had while grilling. Jodi was very responsive when we requested to add an extra day. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this beautiful property, it was clean and well attended too. Perfect to walk out the backdoor around the building for sunrise, no crowds and stunning views. Had cute decor and books, games, puzzles for rainy times (plus TV). We were close to the beach and could hear the ocean waves off the balconies, and the pool and hot tubs had reasonable hours and pool towels were easy to get and exchange for fresh ones. Shower in the pool area for washing sand (only during open pool hours). Having washer and dryer access all week was a huge help when we got home and didn’t have to do laundry for two days! The umbrella was used regularly and sturdy! Having a coffee maker was important to my husband and it’s drip smell in the morning was wonderful. We made breakfast easily with the kitchen supplies. Easy access to a grocery store, dinner and other shopping right across the street. The on property restaurants were closed even with posted hours of opening, and the front desk doesn’t service the propety so the only thing I would recommend is additional paper towels/toilet paper if you are staying for over a week as they are not replenished, and possibly a hanging drying rack (we bring a hanging string with hooks with swimsuits etc but it’s nice to have more in bathroom places to hang things up for our family or 4) but plenty of bath towels and blankets and all the other comforts of home away from home. We would absolutely stay again and are grateful for the opportunity.

Perfect location! Such a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable place. Perfect room for four people or even more. Very easy access to different areas of the island. Loved it!

Excellent location! Close to beach and easy walk to grocery store and restaurants. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Jody is a great host. Got her recommendations for restaurants and was not disappointed. Would definitely book this location again!

Jodi was a great host! Super great communication, check in was a breeze. We were traveling with a one year-old and she was super kind to allow us to check into our room early as the baby was tired from our travels. The condo was nice and clean, cabinets were sufficiently stocked with pots and pans, platters, even a nice assortment of Tupperware containers for storing food and taking stuff down to the pool.. there were a few spices left in one of the cabinets, most likely by previous visitors, and we added a few things to that variety. We found enough pods for using the washing machine, There was dishwasher soap too. Our shower had shampoo and body wash, there were a few hairdryers in my bathroom drawer, even a first aid kit. In the bedroom closet, we found a few coolers and a shade umbrella, and there was also a portable crib for the baby. The location of this condo was super convenient for getting to & from the parking lot, pool and easy beach access. My family has stayed at the Waipoli resort a few times as we love the Kapaa area and the convenience of Safeway, Starbucks & the ABC store right across the street.ThankYou Jodi for sharing your condo and accommodations we had a great time!

The location, host, the general area, beach on property - everything was 5 star. Jodi is an amazing host. The unit has everything for a family of 4. We are definetly coming back!
