Great Vacation in Paradise

We enjoyed our two weeks vacation in Kauai. The location was perfect. Easy drive to all of the beaches, airport, harbor, grocery store, restaurants. Loved the pool and sunrises on the beach! Definitely will be back.

Great location on kauai

Very clean and well appointed condo in prime Kauai location. Great property with nice pool and good beach. 30-45 minutes to either end of the island.

It was the perfect location for our stay in Kauai. We felt it was centrally located on the island and was near a shopping center with a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!

A wonderful place to stay

The unit is lovely and just large enough for our family of seven. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved having three bathrooms. The beach is an easy two minute walk. There was an issue with the kitchen sink draining, and the property manager got it taken care off the same day. Having the grocery store right across the street is convenient. There are a lot of very good restaurants within a five minute drive. 10/10

Great place

We really enjoyed this condo and the amenities. Everything was very clean and the condo was well stocked with lots of extras. I knew the view was facing the parking lot and that didn’t bother our family at all. It was a great corner unit on the top floor. The pool has beach towels available to check out, which was super helpful and we were able to take them to the beach.

Beautiful Condo in Resort

We had a great stay at this property! The phone contact person is the cleaning lady, Sheila, who is just the most helpful and kind person! She helped us check in and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! The place was super clean and comfortable and close to all the restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!amme

Great location when staying in Kauai

The Waipouli Beach Resort in Kapaa is a great location to tour the island from. Shopping nearby, easy access to the main highway and restaurant on the property. The pool is amazing and the private beach is a perfect place to relax. The condo is clean and comfortable. The A/C works well on those warm evenings when the breeze didn’t cooperate. The owner is easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great week in Kauai.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort! It's in the perfect location to have easy access to most of the highlights on the beautiful island of Kauai. Even though there was a bit of an issue upon our arrival, everything was resolved and we were able to enjoy our stay. The communication from the cleaning crew and ownership was great and we were very grateful for the support from all involved. We would definitely stay here again - hopefully next time it can be for a longer period of time.

Family get away

We had a fabulous time, the property was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was hands down the best pool ever! We lived this place and highly recommend it!

Great property & location

We stayed on Kauai for business and this was the perfect central location. The unit was clean and as pictured on the website. We would stay in this unit again the next time we are on Kauai.

Great location

My husband and I and our 14-year-old daughter stayed here for two nights. So nice having our own rooms. Kitchen was so convenient. Great restaurant on the property. Pool staff was a bit rude but that has nothing to do with VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo in Great Location

Nice, large and clean condo in a great location. All the amenities you need, lots of beach day goodies in closet, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful grounds and great pool for kids (with 2 slides, lazy River & 3 hot tubs) Responsive host. Can’t go wrong with this one!
