Great location, lovely condo! Well stocked, cute games and things to do. Great spot to see fireworks from your room and beautiful ocean and bay views. Parking was easy (including street parking for our 2nd vehicle). Heated pool was awesome! Highly recommend booking here!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Crab in Braemar Towers! The condo was very clean and welcoming. The parking was easy and convenient. Having an easily accessible beach locker was extremely helpful with keeping the sand out of the condo. The hospitality was great and the personal touches like the digital display welcoming our family by name the day of arrival left a lasting impression. My family had previously stayed at a different condo building in OC for years, but we won’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Chad and Nicole made this the easiest booking ever from beginning to end! They were quick to respond to any questions I had before and during stay.The place was just perfect for my kids and I. It was very clean and stocked with a few basic necessities. We absolutely loved being able to see the fireworks right from our balcony. One of the best items for this single momma was the beach locker so I didn't have to lug around all the beach gear from the condo to the beach. Made it so much easier.The place is also in walking distance to so many things that we didnt have to drive around much.Will definitely be coming back!

Great location

We had the best time in ocean city and spent a lot of time in the condo. Our three year old called it home. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

1st time at the Coastal Crab

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return! This property had a great ocean view, quick walk to the beach, and several nice amenities. We were impressed with the decor- stylish, clean, and comfortable. Excellent couples’ getaway!

Condo was perfect for weekend getaway

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary, and the condo and location were excellent. The condo owners even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in. Would recommend to others.

clean condo with great views

What a great small condo, tastefully furnished and equipped with all kitchen necessities if you'd like to do a bit of cooking. Great location, close to everything, yet away from the boardwalk crowds and noise. Property is well kept with a fantastic view of the ocean and the west side as well!

Charming beach condo!

This was our second summer staying at this lovely condo and again, it was such a wonderful experience! Perfectly charming, clean and comfortable condo! Nice view of the beach from the balcony. Large spacious bedroom and open living, dining and kitchen area. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

Coastal Crab

We stayed at the coastal crab for a mini week in June, and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating of their guests! Very clean and well stocked. The unit is fully updated and very modern looking. Ample and comfortable sleeping. The view is one of the best parts as you have a wide view of the ocean, town and bay. Very quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again!

August 2023 anniversary vacation

My wife, 11 year old daughter and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. My daughter did not want to leave and enjoyed the pool and beach very much. We were within walking distance of essentials if needed, and was an easy drive to get anywhere we wanted. It was especially nice having the beach locker storage space for our beach tent etc. as well. We found the condo well stocked with whatever we needed.

Perfect for our Family

My wife and I with our two children (8 and 5) enjoyed our six night stay in Ocean City! The condo has a great view to the beach and south looking down into Ocean City. The unit was great for the kids to enjoy the pull out sofa. The washer and dryer came in handy, kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs, and the beach storage heading to the beach was great for storing chairs/umbrellas/sand toys. Chad/Nicole provided great communication before, during, and after the stay. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Condo!

This condo is comfortable and convenient! We love the pool, outdoor bathrooms, outdoor locker for beach stuff, and family atmosphere of the building and tennants. The Sunday night fireworks display in the park, perfectly visable from the balcony, is always an extra bonus, and this year when it concluded, there was a burst of applause from the balconies at Brae Mar -- as if we were watching the dispay as one big group! The upgrades to the bathroom and furniture this year in the condo were very much enjoyed! Chad and Nicole are so gracious and easy to work with; counting down til next summer;)

Perfect Little Spot for a Beach Vacation

It’s been a while since my 15 yo daughter and I went away together without our usual large group. This condo was the perfect location for just that! Steps to the beach. Easy access to downtown OC and the Delaware beaches. Open living/dining/kitchen area. Very cute, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped and nicely done. Full, clean bath and spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and space to move around. Comfortable bed. The owners are quick to respond and pleasant to work with. We will definitely rent again!

Lovely stay

This beach condo getaway had all we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. We stayed Sunday-Friday, over July 4th, and we especially enjoyed watching the 125th Street bayside park fireworks from the large balcony. The fireworks were so close and spectacular that it felt like a private show! The condo has a large bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and separate access to the balcony. The kitchen, bath, and sittings areas were homey and had everything we needed. There is a pool and beach access, along with a gym. The location is within walking distance to a market and a few restaurants. The owners, Chad and Nicole, provided good info and were easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay here again.
