Host was excellent … Oceanview, Cleanliness, process were all perfect. Definitely recommend Jason and his Cara Mar property !

Our stay was amazing no complaints overall great communication from the host for all my needs I will definitely be coming back in August!

The property was exactly as we expected. We loved being right on the beach! The coffee bar was perfect and easy to access. The two stool under the bar could be raised and brought on the balcony so we had an unobstructed view of the water. The lower balcony chairs were comfortable too. I appreciated that there was a drying rack on the balcony bc the place was small enough that putting wet beach towels inside would have been cumbersome. Just an FYI, hand soap was provided in the bathroom but none for the shower. I brought our own so we were set. Perfect place for a few days away!

Weekend Getaway

Condo was clean, view is amazing, and Jason was a very attentive host. My girlfriend & I enjoyed our weekend stay and would definitely book again.

Beautiful View; Excellent Host

Beautiful oceanfront view, convenient parking, WiFi, pool, and a great location. Host was professional, courteous, and responsive. Would stay again.

Anniversary Celebration

The perfect site for a long weekend trip. Overlooks the ocean, a short walk to several restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood. We will visit again.

The perfect little condo right on the beach. Has everything you need for a nice getaway with very easy beach access. The pool was not open while we were there, but also very easily accessible. The balcony has the perfect view for enjoying the ocean views and relaxing.

We had an awesome 4 nights and were sorry to leave today! Jason was a great host, professional, diligent, responsive (so quickly) when I had questions before the trip. The unit was done perfectly with all amenities and equipment for our stay. Restaurants and shops within walking distance and a balcony view of the Ocean which we really enjoyed. Thank you Jason! We will be back

Great place on beachfront top floor

Wonderful stay. Top floor so nice and quiet. Electronic entry customized for you. Private enclosed balcony. Everything we needed for stay. Roku TV so can customize night viewing. Host is great!

Wonderful

This is a great little find! It is just enough space for two people. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is amazing. There is a private walkway to the beach- which even on a weekend wasn’t as busy as near the high rises. Jason was a great host and excellent in his communication. We would stay there again.

Peaceful, great view, great communication, easy process

My wife and I loved our quick visit to OC at “Couples retreat”. The location was perfect. Beach was not crowded and was peaceful. Everything you need in walking distance. Beautiful views from the 4th floor. Sitting on the balcony was like being on the beach. Nicely decorated, comfortable, had everything we needed. Owner is great at communicating and made sure the entire process was easy and that we had everything we needed.
