Location was perfect to get around anything you need. Nice place, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen stocked with anything you need. Coffee and snacks were an extra bonus. The only issue was mattress was extremely too firm for our liking.

We enjoyed this home so much. Very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was provided from toiletries to coffee & snacks. Loved having coffee on the lanai in the morning. Very quiet neighborhood. Valarie is an excellent host & quick with her responses when I had questions. She got us guest passes so we could enjoy the amenities. Having use of the golf cart was great. I definitely would want to stay here again if we come back to the villages.

Nice place convenient to shops and restaurants, not a fan of ROKU TV, wish they had cable instead. Some confusing light switches, and the main bedroom bathroom toilet ran every 10 minutes. We left a note so hopefully it's been taken care of.

The property had everything needed for our stay. The golf cart is a huge bonus, we loved cruising around the areas of Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter. Valerie was a wonderful host, responded quickly and was so accommodating to us.

We had a wonderful time! Valerie reached out with check-in instructions before we left on our trip, and responded quickly to any questions we had before arriving. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. We packed way more than we needed to because everything was already provided, from detergent to doggie dishes. My son enjoyed the snacks she provided, my husband and I enjoyed sitting in the lanai with our pups. Overall, a wonderful experience and next time I come to the Villages, I'll be looking to stay again! Thanks so much, Valerie!

Immaculate home, very clean and fully equipped. Kitchen has everything a cook would want. Washer and dryer in great condition and a fun golf cart. Plus the house was in a great location. Would definitely book again.

Valarie was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was a nice size, had a nice porch with table and chairs to sit outside, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Good location close to Lake Sumter with many activities, shops and restaurants.

Long weekend visit

Celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Villages. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Location is fantastic!!

The property was in a nice location and overall the home was well kept. All the essentials you wound need during your stay are available. Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you would need along with many varieties of seasonings in the cupboard. A few issues we had during our stay was that there was no running hot water for us to shower. The beds were a little too firm for our liking. The golf cart was available for our use to get around the property to visit many different pools and to visit the town squares for nightly entertainment.

Valerie is outstanding host. She was always very prompt with communicating. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The stay was very close where we needed to be. We have no issues Thanks Valerie for sharing this nice abode.

nice home, perfect for a place to stay while visiting family. we will definitely stay there again for our next visit. way more economical than a hotel.

Nice Weekend Stay

We had a lovely time visiting parents. The house is nice. The location is great, and the host is responsive to messages and requests. Would definitely look to book this home again for our next visit.
