Welcome to Easy Livin` – your home away from home in Columbus, Ohio. This charming ranch house is located in a peaceful neighborhood near Easton Town Center, a premier shopping destination. With its prime location, you`ll have the convenience of being close to central Columbus while also enjoying a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That`s why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.

We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.

Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.

Late check out (12:30pm) available upon request for $75. Early check in (2pm) Available upon request for $75. Pets come with a $75 cleaning fee. Please remember to include the pet in your guest count when booking.

Great place to stay! Between allowing dogs & the hot tub, it’s just what we wanted/needed! Lots of shopping close by, a nice trail to walk on, and close enough to OSU.

The house was perfect for my 3 dogs who enjoyed the large fenced yard. We were in town for graduation for my granddaughter. It was large enough to let some out of town family stay as well. The hot tub was a nice feature. We loved our stay so much we decided this will be a great location to book twice a year to visit with family in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was adequately stocked. Great kitchen to cook in! The bathrooms had everything as well. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. I really wanted to walk the trails behind the house, but didn’t feel comfortable doing it alone. However, overall the home was equipped, comfortable and the hosts have great communication! The home definitely was in need of repairs, but nothing major. I would recommend it for a quick stay!

The house was wonderful, comfortable, roomy, loved the back yard and hot tub. The home is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Very easy check in, host was quick to accommodate an early check in for us. All the basics provided in the kitchen. Very nice stay for our family with 3 kiddos and 3 adults.

The place was spacious enough. But we did have a few issues. The host tried to make it right but it still wasn’t right. The hot tub smelled but thinking it was the cover. The place was really dirty when we arrived. The back chairs were out for the trash & new one’s were ordered but not delivered yet. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat & the fridge wasn’t very cold either.The fire pit didn’t want to work as was suggested. It just kept shutting off.We were staying there bcuz we went to Alum creek so we had plans in the area. We enjoyed the time on the lake though.

We appreciate the feedback. The cleaner who cleaned prior to arrival is no longer with our team, chairs and fire pit have been replaced. We have never had any reported issues with the AC even in 100 degree weather and area always happy to trouble shoot.

The house was great for my adult family of five. We skipped the hot tub as we thought it was too cold to go out. Snowing a little bit. There were enough towels for everyone and the house was clean. Also, there is gas heat so it was good and warm. The location provided great access to our family schedule of events this weekend and it was near the airport too. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Great location and property

The place was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very convenient to Easton. Backyard was large with a nice fire pit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beds were very comfortable.

We were here for a long wedding weekend and we really enjoyed this house. Everything was clean and as expected. Next time we are in the area, we will stay here again. The hot tub was nice, especially while we had a dusting of snow come through. Super neat. Rachel responded quickly when we had a few questions also. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Nice house great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to stores, and a park. The bike trail out back goes to downtown cColumbus and beyond.

Great communication and loved how kid friendly it was. Brought my husband and almost two year old out for the veterinary conference and they had lots do to. Books, toys, etc. My little guy especially love the skee ball machine. We didn't get much time to try out the hot tub and never got a chance to use the popcorn machine but those were cool add ones to make the stay fun as well.
