This was a great house for a large mixed group including families with young children. There were multiple living spaces where people could lounge without feeling crowded, and 6 bedrooms gave everyone a private space to retreat when needed. Having two of most appliances was amazing...two fridges, two dishwashers, two washer/dryers, two ovens when managing 14 people is incredibly convenient. The location is perfect for the beach and Croatan is very pleasant and uncrowded. The pool also got plenty of use by the beachgoers and the non-beachgoers. Billy was really nice and highly communicative throughout the whole stay. We would definitely stay again!

An Amazing Beach Getaway

We had the most wonderful stay at WillSea! The house was incredibly well-stocked—everything from kitchen essentials to beach gear was thoughtfully provided, making it so easy to relax and enjoy. Our family loved the cozy, beautiful accommodations, fun in the pool, the very close proximity to the beach, and the welcome basket was such a sweet touch. Billy and Johanna are such thoughtful and responsive hosts. Truly one of the best beach homes we’ve stayed in!

Billy and Johanna are very welcoming hosts. From answering the many questions I had, to the lovely card and welcome basket, my family's vacation was off to a wonderful start. The house is very spacious and the hosts provide many things to enjoy. The locations was fantastic for us. The beach is nearby, the pool is in the back yard and there are many attractions close by. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future.

Great Stay in Croatan

First off, Billy and his wife are exceptional hosts. They were super responsive to our requests and we're willing to go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is as advertised, one block from the beach and perfect for a relaxing week with friends and family. Would highly recommend.

Really great experience

No issues at all. We felt welcomed and there was room for everyone. The beach was so close too. I highly recommend this property

Absolutely wonderful!

We rented Will Sea for our extended family vacation and could not have had a better experience. Billy was so responsive, the location is perfect and the house is great for kids. The pool was clean and the house provided ALL of the beach toys, chairs, tents and towels. We really hope to be back next year. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

This was the BEST prepared house we have experienced for a family. We have prior experiences in Carolla and Nags Head. The layout of master be to adjoining bar’s was perfect. The kids loved the pool too. Wonderfully stocked kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils. Communication with owners was quickly responded too. We recommend it 110%!

Loved it!

I stayed at Will Sea with my four siblings, our spouses, children (ages 2, 4, 5, 6, 12, & 14) and our mom. We had an awesome time! The house is beautiful and spacious, the amenities are fantastic, the pool was clean, and the location to the beach perfect! The owners were extremely pleasant, responsive, and accommodating. I have nothing negative to say about Will Sea. I hope to be back!

After more than twenty years of renting homes in the Croatan area, we can say—without the slightest exaggeration—that your home is, quite simply, the finest beach house we have ever had the privilege of staying. If there was a way to award 10 stars instead of five, your home would deserve every single one of them. We wanted to take a moment simply to thank you for the extraordinary care, generosity, and thoughtfulness that are evident in every single room. Everything appeared brand new. The paint was fresh, the furniture spotless, the linens beautiful, the décor warm and inviting. The bathrooms had deep sinks, gorgeous tubs, sparkling showers and luxurious towels. The kitchens (both of them!) were astonishingly well stocked. Every utensil, appliance, serving dish, and cooking necessity seemed to be exactly where we hoped it would be. You provided laundry supplies, soaps, multipurpose cleaners, a vacuum, several brooms—everything imaginable. Your attention to detail extended everywhere. Multiple washers and dryers—even one in the primary suite! A sparkling pool complete with pool toys that were actually clean and in terrific condition. Every single space invited us simply to relax and enjoy being together. Thank you for sharing such an extraordinary place with our family. It gave us a week filled with comfort, beauty, and peace, and those are gifts we will remember long after our suitcases are unpacked.

Will Sea - Will Stay!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay for your family or large group in Virginia Beach, this is the place. We had the 3 bedrooms upstairs for the adults and 3 bedrooms on lower levels for the kids. Two kitchens gave us extra refrigerator and storage space and a pool was a favorite for kids who could tolerate cooler water in April. Best of all was being one short block from the beach and all the beach chairs and toys were available in the garage. Kids played in the waves and on the beautiful beach for hours. Host Billy was very friendly and helpful and made sure the house included everything for guests including a welcome basket. Parking for 3 large vehicles helped as there is no street parking. Close to most attractions including aquarium and Adventure Park with the best Zip Line experiences for young and old. We’ll be back to enjoy Will Sea again.
