We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean. Appliances all worked properly. I loved that the kitchen was on the second of three floors. It's a short walk to the beach, which was clean and beautiful as well. The pool was great and we used it alot after coming back from the beach. Each room has its own tv and all the remotes work. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, the deck/porch that goes all the way around the house was really nice!There is a lot to do in the area within 30 minutes. The little store in Sandbridge Bridge is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bar/restaurant next door has good food and had activites 3 nights of our week. Zeros sub were delicious as well!

After a less than expected first impression, the stay was good. Upon arrival, garage door had rust along all the edges of the panels. Also patio around the pool was littered with leaves and sand. I spent about 45 minutes sweeping it up.

Hi Al,
Thank you for the review. I apologize about the pool areas, but the check in was on the heels of a storm. It is the last house before the refuge so ther are alot of trees to the west side of the house. We have talked to the owner about installing a blower to help control this a little better! The front Garage Door Panels are showing some age but it's to be expected in a salty environment. Thanks so much for staying with us- I am glad you loved Sandbridge, the home itself, and your week at the beach!

This house was perfect for our family to stay. There is some wear and tear but that is to be expected. All amenities worked and what we needed was there. The pool was the best asset! Clean and refreshing. 5 minute walk to the beach! We were able to see porpoises jumping in the water. Loved it!

It was a really nice space. I didn't receive the usual communication regarding access and codes. I had to reach out multiple times to get the code.

Although the home was well designed, it needed finished repairs or in need of updating. Moldings need repainted and cables or wires covered. The lining of the pool was wrinkled and in need of repair.
