At True North Cabin Rentals we have 5 cabin’s together with nice lake views from the 1 acre resort property. Cabin #3 is an open loft, two bedroom, one bath cabin for rent at beautiful Higgins Lake that sleep 10. Included you will find a 1 queen bed in each bedroom, 2 full & 1 twin beds in the loft, couch, tv/dvds, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans linens, towels and everything else you will need for your fun filled summer vacation, along with a fire pit, BBQ grill, hammock and horse shoes. A nice shallow sandy beach and Public dock just steps from the cabin. The Silver Dollar Bar just one block up the street and party store less than a mile away. Cabin is located at 129 Thorpe Ave. Higgins Lake MI. Pontoons, Fishing & Ski Boats, Jet Skis, Paddleboards, Kayaks, ATVs, Scooters, and UTVs available for rent at a discounted price for all renters through GO FAST Rentals that is also one block away.
PETS OK! (Pet fee is $45 per pet) Campfire wood available for purchase on property.

We really enjoyed cottage #3. It was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and we are thankful that this property is pet friendly. We had a great time.

Charming & updated cottage! It’s clean, lots of space for the size, cute front porch, perfect location right down the path from the water. There’s a big lawn out back that has tables, fire pits, etc. Owners are responsive. Would def stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean pet-friendly cabin with a nice front porch and completely renovated interior. The neighborhood was peaceful and scenic. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The host was great! If we had any questions, he got back with us immediately. The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch. North State Park was an easy drive to get to. We hope to be back soon!! :)

It should have a smoke detector in the house. I think a TV in each bedroom is helpful, we wanted to lie down in bedroom but we still wanted to watch some movies in the evening but had to stay in the living room because the home had only the one TV. Other than that the house is excellent very close to the North state park, plus you could walk down to the end of the road from the house and be at the lake.

We loved our stay. Loved the neighborhood for morning and evening strolls. Amenities were just what we needed! Close to the state park for the beach!

Cozy little cabin to stay with friends and family. We rented all 4 of the cabins as a grop. They have everything you need to stay.

Perfect little cabin for our family. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to a nice dock to access the water. Gas station a quick drive away, Silver Dollar Bar and Grill a short walk. Everything we needed for our end of summer vacation before diving back into the hustle and bustle of school.

Fun Times Close to Lake

My family and I came here to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday and it was a wonderful time the owners were extremely responsive gave us great ideas and things that we could do and made sure we had a wonderful time cannot wait to come back again!

Quaint & close to lake

Had a great stay at Jeremy’s cabin. Came up for a family reunion so had family in the other cabin next door which was nice. Had all the basics for a nice weekend stay. Lake only a few houses down & walking distance to the silver dollar restaurant.
