My host called to welcome me, and make sure I didn’t have any questions regarding the rental property. This was in a Great location within walking distance of many things.I will definitely be back!!

The cabin was clean and updated. The air conditioning were window units in three rooms that ran continuously, so it was a little noisy. I did not read or did not understand print under photo of water,sand and dock. They were not on property, they were approximately two blocks away and it was a boat launch, no swimming or fishing. There is a beach that was nice about three miles away. Overall, nice cozy cabin very clean and beautiful lake nearby. People in area are friendly. We were expecting something different. Only suggestion would be to have a just in case kit under sink of battery powered flash light and or candle. There was a power outage all electric cabin. Host responds quickly and kept us notified.

Cabin was very clean and located close to boat launch. Hosts were easy to get in contact with and had extra bottled water and all supplies we needed. Would highly recommend, perfect for 3 to 4 adults.

Fantastic! Cozy and very clean. Great location. The fact that we got a call after we checked in to tell us about the property was great! We appreciated that immensely. We even discussed staying again in the summer.

We have family and Lake City. So we were not at the cabin very often. Pretty much just to sleep, but it was a very nice place.

This property description is very misleading. We were bringing our boat to go fishing so I actually called and specifically asked about the driveway being big enough. He assured me that is not a problem. When we arrived I was shocked to see the entrance from the road. The drive is only 9'-6" wide which is tight but doable if you have a straight line to get into it. The problem is, the driveway is at a 90 degree angle off a narrow 12' wide road. There is no way to back a truck with a boat trailer into the drive unless you drive on the property across the road. I was very uncomfortable doing that. The Manager called just after we arrived and I told him I was not happy with the situation, especially when I asked him about this at the time of booking. He said he rents this to people with boats all the time. If you are OK with driving on other peoples property without permission then this might not be a problem for you. I don't fell comfortable doing that.Other than the driveway situation, the property had a good stock of bottled water and basic kitchen needs. The only other problem was the drain in the bathroom sink was plugged when we arrived. We didn't want to sit around and wait for someone to come and fix it while we were there so I told the Property manager about it when we left so they could get it fixed. Not sure how the cleaning people would not know this was a problem if they cleaned the sink before we arrived. We've had better luck with other VRBO's.
