Overall, we had a nice stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The walk to the beach is a bit longer than we expected, but it is still manageable. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved to make future guests’ experience even better:* Water drained very slowly and accumulated in the master shower and in the sinks of several bathrooms.* There were large, heavy boxes blocking the hooks in the garage, making it difficult to hang wet towels and swimsuits.* Although the listing mentions that supplies are limited, they were extremely minimal. It would be helpful to provide at least one extra roll of toilet paper.* The kitchen could be better equipped. There were no basic seasonings, the knives were very dull, there was no cutting board, and there were no food storage containers with lids.* The community pool is quite small for the size of the neighborhood and was difficult to access during our stay.* We ran out of propane while preparing dinner on the grill. We appreciated that the host offered to reimburse us if we purchased a new propane tank, but it wasn’t practical for us to leave at that time. It would be helpful to either check and refill the propane tank before guests arrive or keep a spare propane tank available at the property.* For guests traveling by plane, it would be a great addition to provide beach towels and a few basic beach items, such as chairs or an umbrella.
