1 bed 1 bath cottage. Built in 1928. Withstood Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Front porch to enjoy your morning. Full size bed in cozy bedroom. Walk-in shower. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Lots of historic pictures and furnishings.

Bird feeders & water feature visible from the porch.
Located close to Rockport Beach and free fishing piers.
Free boat launch at Rockport Beach.
Port Aransas is 18 miles away, timing depends on the ferry.

A rough start to the vacation, but not on the properties end. They were quick to respond via messaging and pleasent to speak with in person. I highly recommend for a place to unwind from the hustle.

This is a cute little cottage located behind another building just 2-3 blocks from the ocean. The space was nicely stocked and very clean. The property has a private fenced yard with beautiful flowers. The front porch was a great place to sit and have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The time we spent, there was always a breeze coming from the ocean. Would definitely recommend for a couple with pets. Not really big enough for more than 2 people. We really enjoyed it.

The house was perfect! Great location, easy to access, very clean, and super cute! Well appointed - perfectly set up tiny house. Ruth is very communicative. For the birders, the tree next to the house can be a bonus attraction in late afternoon.

My husband and I planned some key projects and events for the coming year. Walked to a great coffee shop on Church street. Very quiet, tucked away location. Clean and cozy for 2. Loved the porch for morning thinking time!

Rockport Cottage

My husband and I and our dog really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cute, comfortable and located perfectly for walking to the Rockport beach and the old Rockport downtown with all its restaurants, shops and galleries!

Our stay was perfect. Kizer and Daisy enjoyed the yard to run free in. That made it much easier for us. The location is ideal for Rockport area. Easy to get to your destinations with ease. Highly Recommend this place as a quiet relaxing stay.

A cute little cottage in a good part of town. Nice fenced yard for our 2 malipoo's, which they loved. Very quiet also. Our 2nd time staying. We recommend it...

Absolutely wonderful. The cottage is small but was just what we anticipated and was perfect for our needs. It was literally the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Will stay again!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Who wouldn't want to stay in a vintage cottage where you can pretend to be part of the past while having the amenities of the present? The cottage is in the center of town, close to the beach and downtown shopping. Close to many different restaurants and even HEB and Wal-Mart aren't far away. The property is surrounded by commercial businesses so the night time is quiet and enjoyable. The day time isn't too busy either. Forget a book to read? The public library is across the street. There are also several books in the cottage to enjoy during your stay.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This beautiful cottage is in the middle of town but you'd never know it by the beautiful trees and garden. The wind blows through just enough to get the windchimes singing to hide the noise from the roadways. This vintage cottage really is a haven to get away from the daily grind.
