FULTON FISHING PIER! We are located one block from the pier - within walking distance! Come see us!

Updated Farm House on 1/2 acre lot, easy walk to bay, Fulton fishing pier, restaurants and Paws & Taws convention center. Many mature oak trees on lot, central air & heat, high speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, living room, dining room, updated bath with shower, washer and dryer. Yard has picnic table and BBQ pit. Rockport beach is a short drive away. Coastal community with lots of restaurants (several within walking distance) and art galleries. Migratory bird watching is popular as many species make this area a winter home. This is a perfect destination for families, fishermen, birders, artists and winter Texans looking for relaxation and comfort, small town hospitality and fun! No smoking allowed on premises. There is plenty of room for parking boat trailers.

I love this house....it's got soul and you can't beat the location. Sharon is an incredible host. The house feels like home to us and looking forward to the next trip.

The was better than we expected. So charming and historic. Beautiful lot with gorgeous trees. Close enough to everything. Would definitely stay again. Just watch out for stickers! They weren't a problem just be aware.

HOME… if you want to feel at home, this is it! My husband and I loved the location. The hosts were very communicative and answered quickly if we had questions. The yard was HUGE but not fully fenced which was fine by us. It gave it a real farmhouse feel. The bed in the single bedroom was very comfortable. We didn’t use the other bedroom but the beds felt as if they would be comfy. The flooring, ceilings and walls were gorgeous and gave the real farmhouse feel. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

We loved our stay at the farm house. All bedding was clean and the house was well stocked with primary items. The outside area was huge but the porches needed some work and covered. The yard needs to be treated for grass burrs especially if you are taking your dog or children. The neighborhood was quiet and very little traffic’s on the street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

The farmhouse is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The owner has truly thought of everything to entertain both large and small families. It’s incredibly cozy and immediately feels like home inside. We especially loved the big yard and the swing! The beds and bedding were also very comfortable, which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back.

A walk away from our favorite fishing spot and bait shops. Conveniently located close to everything needed. Outside property was very spacious, lawn had beautiful local wild flowers growing, but was neatly kept. Took great morning walks to Fulton Pier. Farmhouse was charming, lightning from windows was just right every morning. House was well equipped ( pots, pans, plates)with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Literally just needed to bring beach towels, food, drinks, and fishing gear. We had a great time. Thank you !

Family Reunion

Property was great- quiet street with plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Texas coast. Would definitely stay here again.

This old farmhouse was charming and comfortable. It was in town and close to the bay, yet private, quiet, and safe. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk to some of the activities that we came for - in town for the Hummingbird Festival (which was amazing). Communication with the host was easy. She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Rockport trip

Enjoyed the home very quite and nice country charm. Perfect for our Rockport trip as it is convenient to everything we need and still has the country charm. This was our second stay at this property and so when we saw it was available we had to book.

Our Stay at the Farmhouse

My family and I rented this sweet farmhouse model place out in Fulton, Texas for our a spring break outing. It’s a great location with a great view of the ocean. It’s a peaceful area as it looks like a lot of the neighbors seem to be retired and friendly.I definitely recommend this rental!

Lovely

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house. It gave cabin vibes. Super close driving distance to the beach. My kids loved all the space and the amenities this house provided. I will definitely book this specific house on our next trip to Rockport.

Great house

Just what we were looking for. Great location central to everything. We were in for a few days of fishing and this house was perfect. Its was clean and comfortable and the a/c worked great. Thank for the use of your house.

Perfect little weekend trip

Beautiful little house for a quick weekend getaway. Easy to find and access the keys. 1 bed was definitely not made up, but a quick sheet change and all was great. Will absolutely be back.

Felt right at home

Fully accommodating and very family friendly and pet friendly home. We stayed for four nights and had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. We had everything we could have needed provided in the home. Located in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of space all around the home. Would stay again!
