This 2650 sf hidden gem sits on 2.4 acres filled with LIVE OAK trees and beautiful azaleas and camellias(seasonal). Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop.

RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home!

Well located for all that central Florida has to offer. AIRPORT-22 mi.; Ybor/Downtown-14/15 mi.; Hard Rock CASINO-8 mi.; Busch Gardens-14 mi.; Gulf BEACHES-39 mi.; DISNEY-55 mi.; NASA-105mi; Shopping MALL-9 mi.

I rented this home for a girl's getaway for a friend who is getting married next weekend. There were 7 of us that stayed at the house and the overall consensus from everyone was the house was great. Spacious and clean, the backyard was absolutely beautiful. It did say in the listing that hot tub was not heated so everyone was good with that but we were a little disappointed that the jets did not work. No one else in my group mentioned it but in the corners of the pool there was algae, I would just suggest having whoever keeps up the pool check before guests arrive. It certainly did not stop us from getting in. lolI would absolutely rent this home again, we really enjoyed the weekend. Mickey was quick to respond to any questions we had, perfect host.

This place was amazing! Beautiful surroundings! We especially loved the outdoor seating area! Wish the pool was heated. I realize Florida is hot majority of the time and that’s probably why it’s not heated. We stayed in April perhaps that’s why…..it was just too cold to even enjoy. Despite that, I still Highly recommend! Kitchen was well stocked! Loved that they had a washer and dryer!

This house was the perfect place for the bridesmaids to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend at a nearby venue. The interior of the home is so well done, a beautiful kitchen with huge bar and dining seating for everyone. Backyard is so pretty and peaceful and a great little spot to hang out. Owners were easily reachable and I highly recommend

The stay was wonderful. Very accommodating for my family of 5 adults. Very peaceful and enjoyable to cook and hangout. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

The house was very nice and accommodated our group of 7 family members. It was spacious and clean. Everyone was uncomfortable being watched by cameras. I have been a VRBO owner of a beach condo for 20 years. I’ve never had any cameras, and I’ve never had a problem with any guests VRBO allowed to book my unit.It would be helpful to label light switches as well as drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a small sharp knife for slicing my strawberries.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful home, furnishings, and lot. Everyone loved the layout of the home. Very private and scenic yard. Great kitchen, but could use upgraded pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome host. It’s a great stay! Just needed towels for the pool. The beds were comfy. Beautiful grounds on the property it was gorgeous! All around excellent stay!

Great even for locals

We live in Tampa but needed a little OASIS to get away. The location is so serene but close to the city. It was very relaxing. The hosts were super responsive to our messages.

Christmas 2024

Our stay was excellent and perfectly suited to my family’s needs during our Christmas trip. The property was clean and well-maintained, with minor roof damage from a previous hurricane that did not impact our stay in any way. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we would happily stay here again

The location was great for us to connect with all our family who lives across central Florida. Great central location for day trips throughout the week. Close to grocery stores for quick trips to grab essentials. A little off the beaten path so sometimes it was a little longer drive to some restaurants but nothing inconvenient, just plan for that with a hungry toddler haha! Great communication and responsiveness from hosts. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest of all the VRBOs we have stayed at which is always helpful when rushing out the door with a toddler in tow! Would 100% rent again if we do a similar family trip next year!
