They were very accommodating to us. Everything was great. Our kids enjoyed the backyard very much. The house was clean and plenty big for our group.

This property was very appropriate for me an my New York family. It provided enough family living room space for us to play games. The back yard was not level but provided enough space if we wanted to be out there. Due to little rain we didn’t utilize that space. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. One thing that wasn’t a big deal but in one of the bathrooms the shower nozzle was loose and water literally soaked the floor so you have to use two towels on floor while you shower. Overall I was happy with the property for what I had going on. A plus is I left the property locked a forgot my phone inside with the passkey info and they were very quick responding to my brothers message to let us back in. Very good communication back and forth the whole time. Thank you. I will suggest this property to anyone doing family time get aways.

Laundry service very convenient. We only stayed one night. We did find hair on one of the rooms pillow case. Other than that, very clean. The area is definitely not an area where we could walk anywhere. Some of our uber drivers had a hard time finding the location but we helped them out. For the one night, the home provided what we needed. Not enough room for 2 to a bed so 2 of my guest slept on the couches in the living room. We aren't average built humans.

Family Trip

We had a great time in Tampa and this property worked great. Easy to find, access was easy, and owners were very responsive. It's location worked well for our purposes.

Perfect home and location

The property was clean, fully stocked with all dishes, supplies and even down to the small necessities. Check in was easy and will most definitely be staying here again for future Tampa trips.

Great Spot

We were thrilled with the cleanliness, the help of the owners to answer ligistic questions and any help we needed. Definitely would stay there again! Close to where our convention was!

Fun trip

We had a great time at this property in Tampa. Host communicated well, home had lots of extras we didn’t think about, and it was big enough for our family!

Feels Like Home

We are working out of town and and we still feel like we're at home. This place is very comfortable this is our fourth time here we were definitely be back.

Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful and it felt like a home away from home. We had a total of 6 adults, 4 children and 1 dog and it was big enough to accommodate us all. We would love to stay here again when we're in Tampa!

One night stay

Communication was very quick and easy from even prior to booking! They were gracious with answering questions so quickly and being extremely accommodating. The photos and description were absolutely accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

Amphitheater Gem

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. Great location! House was perfect, very clean, and extra little touches!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The home is a manufactured house/trainer, with a huge yard, and close to freeways. Beds were comfortable and the home was generally clean, with the exception of the incredibly frost-encased freezer. Good Wi-Fi. The hot water was good on one side of the house, but the master bathroom with large tub never warmed up, so we used just one shower. Closets and cupboards are spacious, but no hangers. There can be a bit of noise at night. Overall, it was a decent place to stay if you bring hangers and earplugs, and you don’t have too many people.

Neat and clean. Great communication. A few really nice personal touches. The neighborhood is so/so. Didn’t feel unsafe at all. Would stay again.

Tampa is an extra special and unique place with probably more places to visit, and a variety of things to do than any other place in the United States. I will try to assist you to do the things you came to Tampa for if I can. Our location provides easy travel in all directions to easily reachable outdoors and natural fun spots, great beaches, spring fed rivers and lakes to kayak and SUP among the alligators and manatees, or hike and bike great trails. kes, casino, Bush Gardens, Disney. This property means a lot to us, its a family dream to have a property were we can grow fruit trees, vegetables, and have small farm animals to provide that farm to table experience to our guest.

When we saw the property we just saw the potential for the dream home which is in a quiet neighborhood but not away from the city. My brother and mom have a passion for gardening and love to entertain thus we thought this property was perfect for that. We renovated the outdated home and our plan is to take full advantage of the land and grow fruit trees, vegetables, and flowers. Come and visit us again and you can witness our progress.
