Highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful and it felt like a home away from home. We had a total of 6 adults, 4 children and 1 dog and it was big enough to accommodate us all. We would love to stay here again when we're in Tampa!

Grandson's high school graduation

We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back screened in porch. The house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and even K-cup pods! The owners were very responsive to our messages. Thank you Maricell and Erick!

2 Night Stay

The set up was great for the 9 of us. 6 adults and 3 boys ages 10-14. The boys loved the patio with ping pong table and the fire pit. We used the kitchen extensively and with issues. The open floor plan was a plus everyone was included. Communication with the host was excellent! This house was very comfortable and was perfect for wait we needed.

One night stay

Communication was very quick and easy from even prior to booking! They were gracious with answering questions so quickly and being extremely accommodating. The photos and description were absolutely accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun trip

We had a group of 6 and all met at this house for a night stay on a trip further south. It was a perfect fit for our needs

Neat and clean. Great communication. A few really nice personal touches. The neighborhood is so/so. Didn’t feel unsafe at all. Would stay again.

Great place to stay

Spent 2 days at this home. The check in process was simple, and the home was very clean and welcoming. There are no disappointments at all! 5 stars for everything except the location. 4 stars is still a great rating, but not perfect. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for use of a well-maintained home.

Amphitheater Gem

Perfect home and location

The property was clean, fully stocked with all dishes, supplies and even down to the small necessities. Check in was easy and will most definitely be staying here again for future Tampa trips.

The Allen Memorial tour

Pleasantly surprised at how spacious the home was. Spotless and very inviting. We did not have to worry about anything, it was all there. We only needed one night so we didn’t take advantage of the full package, but this property would have been perfect for any length of stay.

Spacious and clean

The home was spacious, clean, decorated nicely and included many personal items for our use. For example: a basket of snacks in the kitchen and a basket of misc toiletries. The bath towels were thick and soft and the sheets were also soft and comfortable. The home was convenient to I-75 and I-4 for easy access to the Tampa area.

Tampa is an extra special and unique place with probably more places to visit, and a variety of things to do than any other place in the United States. I will try to assist you to do the things you came to Tampa for if I can. Our location provides easy travel in all directions to easily reachable outdoors and natural fun spots, great beaches, spring fed rivers and lakes to kayak and SUP among the alligators and manatees, or hike and bike great trails. kes, casino, Bush Gardens, Disney. This property means a lot to us, its a family dream to have a property were we can grow fruit trees, vegetables, and have small farm animals to provide that farm to table experience to our guest.

When we saw the property we just saw the potential for the dream home which is in a quiet neighborhood but not away from the city. My brother and mom have a passion for gardening and love to entertain thus we thought this property was perfect for that. We renovated the outdated home and our plan is to take full advantage of the land and grow fruit trees, vegetables, and flowers. Come and visit us again and you can witness our progress.
