Welcome to city and beach apartment la orquídea! This lovely place is located first line beach, straight by the walk broadway (Paseo Maritimo) and the center of Marbella.
The 3 bedroom apartment offers open plan kitchen/living room with dining space for 6 people. Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and one of them with en-suite bathroom and a small terrace in the back overlooking the town and its mountains, and the main street of Marbella called Avenida De Ramón Y Cajal. The area has several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, ice cream bars, beauty salons and the old town (casco antiguo) everything within walking distance. This property are fully equipped for your holiday, it has a big rooftop with lovely views, swimming pool and a lunch and dinner restaurant. There is also a supermarket, a car rental, a liquor store and bazaar in the building that is open every day of the week - all year round. Right at the entrance to the building there is a bus stop with local transport and buses to nearby cities, such as Fuengirola, Malaga etc. It is a parkinghouse just a few minuts from the building
To reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house rules.this property is a well maintained good standard complex and perfect for the one who want to come and enjoy the surroundings.This is a beautiful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses.
Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee off 100 euro.Pool: pool area is now closed due to renovation off the pool. It is expected to be open by the end of June. ( Normally the pool is open all year around).
