Located on the 12th hole, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the public Mission Club Golf Course from this spacious 1,600 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, two bath condominium. Large master bedroom with king size bed overlooking the golf course and second comfortable bedroom with queen upstairs. This home features an optional third bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to the full bathroom downstairs. The optional bedroom can be separated from the large living area by a hidden accordion wall.
We welcome Vandenberg Space Force Base personnel and contractors. We are located a short commute from the base's main entrance. This home is ideal for golfers, wine lovers, families or business travelers seeking a peaceful, beautiful setting to avoid the bustle and traffic of other nearby tourist areas. Snowbirds will enjoy our mild California climate in winter, and those looking to escape the summer heat will love the cooling breezes of the Pacific coast.
Vandenberg Village is just minutes from famed Santa Rita Hills wineries and Santa Ynez Valley attractions such as the villages of Solvang, Los Olivos and Los Alamos, the "Sideways" wine trail, Lompoc's "Wine Ghetto", the Chumash Casino and Vandenberg Space Force Base. It's just a short drive to Santa Barbara's restaurants, shopping and attractions, or take a day trip to the Paso Robles wine region, Hearst Castle and Big Sur.
There is excellent hiking and mountain biking in the adjacent Burton Mesa Nature Reserve, and endless beaches, trails and recreation throughout Santa Barbara County.

Month stay
This was an amazing property and stay for my month I was working in the Lompoc area. Great location and the home was perfect! Took me back to my childhood with the furniture which was really cool. Can’t wait to stay here again on all my trips for work and fun to the area!

Great location with friendly & responsive owner!
Loved our stay right on the golf course! The owner had thought about everything for our stay. Please note potential inconvenience with 2nd bathroom located downstairs away from upstairs bedroom. Ideal for family stay and highly recommended.

Location worth repeat visit
Property was as advertised. Roku TV system was complicated to get locally available live events on TV. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

Beautiful and functional House
This place was great. My husband was TDY and so we brought 3 kids out to stay. There was more than enough room between all the spaces and the whole house was stocked with everything we needed for the kids and for trips to the beach etc.
We loved waking up to the view and the gorgeous golf course right on our patio. The nighttime walks around the neighborhood and letting the kids play in the front made for a relaxing place to visit.

Perfect home away from home while working at the base
I stayed here for two months while working at Vandenberg SFB. It was a great stay. Close to base and downtown Lompoc, but very quiet and comfortable. The memory foam bed was great; I slept better here than I did at home. Well stocked kitchen. Also really liked the look of the furniture. Highly recommend.

Golf Course Paradise
I had a wonderful stay. It is a beautiful home and a great location. Got to sit out on the patio and chat with the golfers. At dusk I would walk the path around the golf course. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, tucked away from traffic and city noise. However, all amenities are in close proximity. Chris and Diane were wonderful and very helpful and sweet. I will always come back to them when I am in Lompoc.
